The episode starts with Venu feels like his heart is aching and getting sweat out of the blue. Soundarya gets panic to see his state. She worries for him. Venu tells her that he is feeling sick reasoning Kannamma and Bharathi is not ready to live together. Soundarya asks him to don’t take this to heart. Akhil comes there and questions them what happened? She informs to him that he is saying that his heart is aching. Anjali brings lemon water to him. Venu says to Soundarya that he can’t able to control his pain at all. They admits him in hospital. Bharathi rushes to the hospital and checks him. Venu says to him that his heart is aching a lot. Bharathi checks his reports. Soundarya thinks that why did Everyone getting sick often in her house.
Bharathi tells him that nothing to worry its a mild attack only. Venu says to him that he may lie he is saying like that not to scare him. Bharathi tells him that its normal to get mild attack in this age more then that his pulse and BP is normal. Venu denies it and says to him that he won’t trust him? Venu tells him that he is feeling the pain, he didn’t take ECG at all and comes to a solution. He says to Soundarya that he may be a fake doctor and passed out in cheating. Bharathi says to him that many people are waiting for his appointment outside. Venu complaints that they don’t know the truth. He pleads with Soundarya to take him to another hospital. He complaints that patient will badmouth Bharathi if he goes to another hospital in this state. He will get a bad name.
Akhil says to Soundarya that Venu don’t talk like this at all then why is he acting different today. Soundarya too agrees with him. She again calls to her but Kannamma lashes out at Venba in anger.
Shanthi questions her Is Kannamma scold her. She lies to her that Kannamma has no dare to do it. Shanthi thinks that she is acting well. Venu says to them that he is feeling hungry Akhil buys snacks to him. Bharathi enters there and questions them what’s going here. When Venu is in pain how could they eat like this.
