The episode starts with Neha fighting with Sonakshi and praising Sanjana for understanding her better. Ishwari asks her to not misunderstand and says that she’s happy that she’s happy. Neha gives the credit to Sanjana and also is relieved that she’s able to mange well in office due to her. Ishwari thanks Sanjana for being the friend Neha wanted and discussing everything with her. Sanjana takes her blessing.
Sonakshi looks on. Sonakshi checks the children’s books and finds them still not completed their how work. She calls Suhana and Ayush and confronts them about the same but they say that Sanjana asked them to do it later. They praise Sanjana and says that she even watched animated movie with them with popcorn. Sonakshi asks them to complete the work on time but They leave without listening to her. Sonakshi gets worried. She notes all the changed in the house and finds that Sanjana is mainly responsible for all the changes in it. She feels something odd about her.
On the other hand, Sanjana is also planning to snatch each and every relation from Sonakshi. Sonakshi is in her room and is thinking about Sanjana when Dev comes there. Dev tries to share about the incident with Sanjana. Sonakshi shares about her doubts about Sanjana with Dev when Neha comes there. Neha lashes out at Sonakshi for not tolerating her happiness and leaves the place. Next day, Sonakshi is arranging tablets for Ishwari and leaves to attend a call. Sanjana in the meantime, exchanged tablets. Everyone leaves for work except Sanjana and Sonakshi gives the tablet box to Ishwari. Ishwari haves the tablet while Sanjana looks on.
Dev, Neha and Vikram are in a meeting. Vikram and Neha have a difference in opinion and Dev favours Neha. Vikram agrees upset and takes his leave. Neha feels drowsy and Dev asks her to rest. Neha says she’s fine. Ishwari starts losing consciousness while Sanjana was speaking with her. She faints while Sanjana smirks. Everyone are with Ishwari when Neha blames Sonakshi for overdosing of medicine. Sonakshi says its not possible as she checked well and arranged the medicine but Neha lashes out at her. She says that it’s good that Sanjana was home else something bad would’ve happened. Dev asks her to let it go. Ishwari asks Neha to let it go as Sonakshi really cares for her.
Sonakshi tries to explain herself but Sanjana interrupts her and says that Sonakshi is stressed with her father’s health condition and also taking care of house and office. Neha praises Sanjana for being so good with Sonakshi despite her not liking her. Ishwari agrees with Sanjana and asks Sonakshi to rest a bit. She wants to leave to light lamp and Neha stops Sonakshi from accompanying them. Sanjana thinks that one by one she will snatch every relations from her and in the end she will be broken herself.
