The episode starts with Yazhini saying Mallika that she really likes the temple and wants to get married with Kavin in the same temple. Mallika says it will happen for sure. They starts praying. Venba, Ravi and Kavin also comes there to pray. They give the archana thattu to priest and Venba prays for her problems to be over and winnin her challenge. Ravi notices Yazhini with Mallika and shows it to Kavin and Venba.
They all hides immediately and tries moving away when they bump into Natraj and Subbu who are praying with eyes closed. They again moves away afraid getting caught and Venba hides her nuptial chain. After pooja, Priest wants to return the archana thattu but none have the courage to step forward. Kavin pushes Ravi to collect the plate. Yazhini and Mallika notices him and Mallika wonders whether its his Kula deivam too. She also thought whether he came with Kavin. Ravi acts comical and escapes from there. He asks Kavin why did he push him. Kavin reasons that Mallika is powerful person in the temple and can throw them out of the temple if she sees them and Venba can’t complete her prayer.
Venba and Kavin are about to move away when someone holds Venba’s hands. It turns out to be Anbu and Nandhini is with him. Kavin gets surprised and asks if the god is his Kula Deivam too. Anbu denies and says Venba said that she’s coming to the temple and so he followed het. He reminds her that it’s thala Diwali and he needs to do his seer. Venba gets emotional hearing it and says that she thought no one would do that for her. Anbu asks who said so and Kavin looks at Nandhini. He acts like he’s about to expose her while Nandhini gets scared but Kavin didn’t take her name.
Natraj and Subbu come to do Pooja with nephew and their nephew teases priest when he identified them correctly. He does pooja and Natraj and Subbu prays to adopt Kavin as their son. Priest getting irked with the nephew’s continuous taunts curses that he will never get married. The nephew sees Venba and he experiences all the filmy things that he wanted to experience when he finds his girl. He clicks her picture to ask for her hand with parents. Natraj also sees Venba praying and says Subbu but she couldn’t spot her as she already left. However in the end she sees her too and gets shocked.
