The episode starts with Soundarya cries while recalling her moments with Karthik and his family. Aditya comes to home than Soundarya asks if he finds any clue. Aditya says no, I’m trying. Soundarya says house is looking empty without kids and their questions. Aditya says it takes time to search them as they went intentionally so they have to return changing their decisions and we have to teach lesson to Mounitha as she was the reason Karthik faced do much torture. Soundarya cries asking will her son ever return to home?
At temple, Deepa Prays to Devi maa that she never blamed her for the problems she is facing but Doctor babu is in pain so give me strength to make my husband as old Karthik and to face these problems. Person who got Karthik phone cuts the calls and he plans to sell the money.
Soundarya enquires people at Basti about Karthik and Deepa. They says don’t know than Soundarya request them to don’t lie. Basti people tells her they don’t know anything. Soundarya asks them to inform her if they finds any details of Karthik and Deepa. Deepa makes kids sleep on cloth she arranged on floor and they calls Karthik too. Karthik Apologizes to them for bringing them to this kind of place. Kids tells him they are fine to stay anywhere when he is with them. Karthik smiles. Than they hears someone is shouting in pain. Everyone asks her to control her pain. Deepa and Karthik comes out.
Deepa aaks ladies what happened. Srivalli shouts in pains than lady tells her their is no Doctor in their village at present as he went to marriage. Kids about to say their Dad is doctor but Karthik stops them. Deepa runs to Karthik and asks him to do something. Karthik says Doctor is dead in me and I’m unable to forget the tragedy and he recalls how victim wife cursed him for killing her husband. Deepa aaks can’t thry do anything. Karthik asks her to get phone than he calls ambulance service.
Deepa asks Srivalli husband why they are staying under tree, won’t they have home. He tells her that house which they are staying is his house and Rudrani makes us vacated the house as I didn’t pay her loan. Deepa asks to be strong than Ambulance reaches to their place and takes Patient in it. Deepa asks Kids to sleep than she asks Karthik ehy he stayed silently seeing the patient. Karthik tells her he is not Doctor as his license got cancelled.
