The episode starts with Karthik recalls about Rudrarani’s agreement and her warning than he thinks why Anand is not crying since long than he check the baby and notices he is having high temperature than he cleans his body with wet cloth still temperature won’t decrease which will make Karthik feels tensed than he decides to take baby to hospital and he tells to baby that nothing can happen to you as I’m also Doctor than he realises he lost the degree for his mistake than he says I’m not Doctor.
At night Karthik waits for Deepa arrival and thinks if Rudrarani did something to her? That time Deepa returns to home. Karthik asks what’s this Deepa? Why you come so late? Do you know how much tensed I felt. Deepa says it’s little bit late but why you’re getting tensed for it? Karthik says Rudrarani. Deepa asks if he scared thinking about Rudrarani? She won’t do anything to me. Karthik says I searched for you in the whole village. Kids comesout seeing their mom and they tell her about how Rudrarani created scene at school with lunch box. Deepa asks him to not over think the matter and she asks them to sleep.
Next day Mahesh leaves from Taadikonda thinking Karthik is not present in that place. Deepa notices Karthik wiping baby with wet cloth and asks him what happened. Karthik says he is suffering with fever that’s why I’m controlling his temperature. Deepa asks how he knows this trick. Karthik says I’m doctor. Deepa smiles and tells him story to improve his confidence and she asks him to treat baby as he is Doctor. Karthik stays silent. Than Deepa says she will take him to Doctor. Karthik gives her prescription of medicines to Deepa, she smiles and goes to get them.
Soundarya tells to Aditya that Mounitha took the photo, she asks if he finds anything about Karthik’s family. Aditya says not yet, as they are hiding from us so it’s tough to trace them and forget about Mounitha as she can’t do us anything. Mounitha searches for Narsamma. Varanasi tells her we make her leave and you have to leave from here as we love Deepa akka. Mounitha says she won’t leave than Varanasj tells her very soon she will know about Basti people.
Deepa feeds food to Sourya and Hima. Sourya asks can try feed food to Anand. Deepa says he can’t get digested so we have to give them milk. Sourya says people are saying why we are taking care of this baby when we can’t take care of us. Deepa says we have to live like lion so don’t think about people words and Anand will stay with us as our family so don’t think about other people words. Anand smiles. Sourya says he agrees too. Hima and Sourya says they are confused with Rudrarani behaviour towards them.
