How did your journey as a content creator start?
For me, my Instagram becoming what it did is a Lockdown Miracle. I like to call myself an extroverted introvert, so I’m very selectively social but when I started creating content I felt as though a new part of me was acting in front of that camera and I’m grateful my audience was so kind and encouraging, which is what kept me going.
What was the trajectory of your life before you ventured into content creation?
I come from very humble beginnings, a regular Lucknow boy finished his education and dabbled in a few different occupations before ending up creating content full time – I’ve worked as a high school teacher before and even now I’m employed full time as a graphic designer. I believe it’s really important to have clear goals and ideas when it comes to work, I do content because I enjoy it so much but my work is what keeps me grounded.
Who is Abhijeet Kain when he’s not on reels?
I like to believe that I’m a very enthusiastic even off camera, I’ve grown into a total gym freak these past few months and I love gardening, spending quality time with my family & friends is always a priority. Any time I spare after all this and my work, I spend listening to music to think up new content ideas.
What are some aspirations you have for 2022?
I aspire to grow my social verticals both Instagram and YouTube. I want to explore long form content, play different characters, really unlock the creative potential I have and experiment with my content more.
With this entire new social media platform becoming a rage do you feel it allows more people to explore their talent?
Absolutely, I owe a lot to this platform and I will always be grateful for it. I think social media at large has given us so many opportunities to really go out there and be whoever we want to be. Do what make us happy. Really come out of our shell and express ourselves as freely as possible, it’s a true blessing.
