The episode starts with Kashi getting upset recalling Radha’s wish. Ganga asks her what happened. They can find a solution together. Kashi says next day she will talk to Balaji and she hopes he will understand her. Balaji leaves for a mission and Radha wishes that he will win. He likes the confidence in her eyes. She says she wants to rectify her mistake due to which they got insulted. She says she wants Baji to get married for the second time. Balaji gets surprised hearing that and he says he is just thinking about Damaji not about all these. Baji says he is ready to accompany him for the war.
Balaji tells him to stay in the wada and check out all the unfinished business as he won’t be present. Baji should take the responsibility to fulfil them as a Peshwa’s job is not just fighting people but he should take other responsibilities too. Baji looks unsatisfied. Kashi goes to talk to Baji but Radha tells her to find Kaveri. Kashi leaves upset and looks at Baji. Radha performs the aarti of Balaji and he says Baji won’t go with him but he will handle Balaji’s position in his absence. Kaveri tells Kashi to perform aarti of Baji too as he will fulfil the duty of Peshwa for the first time. Baji finds it difficult to handle the accounts. He says he wants to go to war. This is a very tough job. Radha says Balaji also learned to check the accounts efficiently. Baji tells about Kashi’s situation and says he is not listening to her. She is facing issues. Radha asks him to not think about her as whatever happened she is responsible for that.
Bajirao sits in Peshwa’s seat and asks Digambar why he didn’t pay the tax yet. Digambar replies this time he can’t give him tax as he helped Mahadji to gather the huge amount of money. Else Kashi wouldn’t have saved her in laws. Baji feels embarassed hearing that and leaves. Balaji catches Damaji while the latter was trying to escape in disguise of a woman. Balaji catches him seeing his shoes. Radha informs Baji about it and Baji seems upset thinking about Digambar’s words. Radha says it was his first day at Darbar so he should not feel bad. Baji sees an arrow and thinks someone wants to give him some kind of information. He sees a note stating he has to meet someone. Radha stops Kashi from meeting Baji saying he doesn’t want to see her face after what she did. She should have some shame. Radha again tells Kashi to convince Baji for the second marriage. She gets disheartened.
Baji calls Krishnarao and Chimaji to attend the meeting. He scolds Krishnarao for being late. Kashi comes there and Baji tries hard to avoid her but stares at her too. He thinks he wants to talk to her but he can’t as she really hurt him. Kashi thinks she wants to talk to him but she can’t disturb him right now as he has lots of responsibilities.
