The episode starts with Arun catching Pazhani passing his plan to Sundari. He still challenges him that he will definitely make sure to execute the plan. Pazhani gets worried. Anu’s mother brings the necklace to Anu and asks why would she need it. Anu says that Karthik asked her to attend a party in the evening and she would like to wear it. Anu’s mother asks why wouldn’t she wear something as a set as they didn’t buy the matching pair it. Anu says no other set can make her happy as much as this one does as it given by Karthick. Anu’s mother says that it’s normal for her to overflow with emotions at such stage but still asks her to have a control of her emotions. Anu agrees to do so. She searches for cupboard keys to place the set in and asks her mother about it. Her mother asks her to asks Karthik.
Karthik passes by Murugan calls him and informs him about Malini’s thaali pirithal function the next day. Karthick asks why didn’t they perform it grand in village like they used to. Murugan says that after all the mishap that took place in marriage he don’t want to keep it in grand. He wants to complete it within the closed relatives. He asks him to be present for the function for sure and he agrees. Karthik agrees with him when he gets Anu’s call. He goes to attend and Anu asks what’s he doing. Karthik lies that he’s in meeting.
Anu questions further when Karthik blames her for suspecting him. She let’s it go and asks for cupboard keys. He says the location and she takes it. She sees Sundari’s photos inside the cupboard and her suspicion again returns despite she doesn’t want to. Malini and Krishna spends some romantic time when Sundari comes there and teases them. She informs about what Pazhani told and Malini wants to say it immediately to Murugan. Sundari suggests to solve it among themselves as Murugan might do something severe in anger.
Arun’s friend packs weapons for attacking Murugan but Arun had other plans. Murugan and the family make arrangements to go for Anu’s baby shower ceremony and they explain the importance of keeping a pregnant woman happy. Kartik comes there and Murugan urges him to come with them to Anu’s house. Karthik stands stunned.
