The episode starts with Gautham seeing dolls with Rishi. Gautham says dolls are good and asks him to give them to him. Rishi refuses to give him and asks him to leave. Gautham leaves. Rishi smiles seeing Vasudhara’s gift. At the dining table, Devayani says why Rishi didn’t come. Vasudhara says I called him madam but he didn’t attend that’s why I message him and he will come. That time Rishi comes there. Devayani asks why he come lately. Rishi says he is lost in thought. He asks Mahindra why didn’t he call him or message him. Everyone hides their smile. Gautham thinks you got a message from Vasudhara and we know it.
Rishi makes Dharani sit and he serves food to everyone including Jagathi. Everyone feels happy. Vasudhara asks Devayani why she is seeing in that way and asks if she wants something. Devayani says she doesn’t want anything. Rishi asks Jagathi to eat. He suggests Mahindra, go on a picnic with Jagathi. Gautham says it’s a good idea.
Mahindra says he will plan it. Vasudhara and Dharani ask him to plan it soon. He agrees. Rishi indirectly conveys to Mahindra that he will never agree to the Gurudakshina agreement. Mahindra understands it. Devayani thinks Rishi is unpredictable at times. Rishi asks Jagathi to think about how to keep herself in a peaceful situation. Vasudhara thinks Rishi is a gentleman.
In the hall, Gautham asks Rishi what does he know about the doll festival. Rishi says when everyone used to celebrate the doll festival only then he knew about the doll festival and says he has very few memories about it. Vasudhara says the new generation are forgetting some old traditions and we have to remind them by doing the doll festival.
Mahindra says she is right and asks Devayani’s opinion. Rishi says without Devayani’s permission nothing will happen. Devayani gets worried that her influence will go down and comments about the doll festival. Jagathi asks Devayani to take care of Kalasam and Jagathi says she will take care of the dolls. Gautham asks what he has to do? Devayani tells him what to do. Gautham agrees.
Mahindra asks Gautham to turn on the lights. Gautham goes to turn on the lights. Gautham asks if they only have to put dolls and take photos. Rishi says there is more to it than that and asks Devayani. Devayani tries to explain. Vasudhara intervenes and says she will explain. Vasudhara explains what they do. Devayani says there is no need as they will do it. The ladies prepare for the doll festival. Vasudhara asks Jagathi for some sarees. Dharani says they are in the cupboard. Devayani asks Dharani to go bring it. Vasudhara says she will go and get it. Rishi asks Vasudhara to take someone. Vasudhara holds Rishi’s hand and asks him to come with him.
Jagathi and Mahindra talk about Rishi and Vasudhara. Devayani interrupts them. Rishi asks Vasudhara why did she bring him infront of everyone like that. Vasudhara doesn’t answer and just smiles. Rishi comments on it. Vasudhara asks Rishi to select a few sarees. Vasudhara says she will select one saree in it. Rishi says she can do it herself. Vasudhara says then it wouldn’t be a memory with him.
Devayani asks Jagathi if she can help. Jagathi says there is no need. Devayani gets offended and asks Jagathi if she is asking Devayani to retire. Mahindra comments on it. Gautham comments on Devayani with Jagathi. Devayani aks Gautham what is he saying? Gautham covers it up by praising her.
