The episode starts with Ja Young and Ji Hyul kissing when they hear a lady voice and immediately hides. They find the woman association lady finding someone car. The person in the car steps down and it turns out to be Yeon Hyeong and Yeong Suk. It’s revealed that they were dating and Yeon Hyeong came there to meet her. The lady left teasing them. Ji Hyul and Ja Young witness their pda and Ji Hyul questions Yeon Hyeong over his seriousness towards the relationship. Yeon Hyeong says he’s very serious which is why he came so far to meet her. Ji Hyul is happy for both while Ja Young also teases Yeong Suk.
Ji Hyul and Ja Young made plans for a movie early morning but both had emergencies to attend. They postponed it to late night. They both were exhausted as she was busy searching a lady with alzheimer disease while he attended to a complicated pregnancy of a cow. Ja Young’s bad day doesn’t end as he colleagues invited her for drink and meal later that day. Ji Hyul understood her condition and cancelled the plan but Ja Young want to make it through. She asks him to wait outside community hall while she tries leaving grabbing a bite. However right then a tiff happens in the shop and Ja Young got held up in taking care of it. She drank furiously and goes to community hall.
Instead of meeting with Ji Hyul she made a massive announcement on air regarding her relationship with Ji Hyul and asked them to consider her lone time. Ji Hyul is stunned whine the ladies reveal that they all were already aware of it. Ja Young and Ji Hyul regret for wasting time to hide the already spilled milk. Ja Young and Ji Hyul adored each other’s fingers with balsam flower dye like their childhood times.
Two weeks passes and Ja Young brings Seon Dong to school who’s excited to meet his love. Its been two weeks since Ji Hyul left Seoul and Ja Young missed him. Seon Dong suggested her to video call and she does so in private. She sees the cast on Ji Hyul’s arm and lashes out sr him for hiding it from her. Yeon Hyeong told Ji Hyul that it’s ok to whine and hold on to their partner instead of being too considerate.
Sang Hyeon also gives the same advice to Ja Young who was upset with Ji Hyul hiding about his accident from her. They both left to meet the other person in their respective place only to learn that they missed the timing. They called each other while Ji Hyul asked her to stay as he returned to Seoul. Yeon Hyeong told about Ji Hyul’s sincere love to Ja Young. They both make up in a cute romantic way over their misunderstanding.
As days passes by many guests from outside the town visits Sang Hyeon’s peach farm to pick peaches. He becomes popular among a group. Sang Hyeon says Ja Young that he made vaccine appointment for Nurungji’s puppies and asked her to take them to clinic. Ja Young gets surprised seeing Ji Hyul who reveals that his grandparents were on world tour.
He also revealed that he has took over the hospital as its director. Ja Young feels bad thinking that he made the decision because of her but Ji Hyul cleared its not. He says he loved the town and its nosy people and enjoys working there. He gives her a ring and proposes her. They both adore each other’s finger with the ring and the show ended on a happy note.
