Thavamai Thavamirundhu is a newly launched show in Zee Tamil. The story revolves around an old couple Markandeyan and Parvathy who has worked their entire life to provide their kids with a better life. Things take a turn when Markandeyan retired. The serial focuses on the untold aspect of the elderly couple and the problem they face.
Previously we have seen Markandeyan trying to comfort the devasted Pandi. Thanichalam came up with a plan to separate Markandeyan and Sita. Sita was disturbed by Thanichalam’s words. Markandeyan wished to lead a life for their children. Malar pretended to have realized her mistake in front of Seetha.
In today’s episode, Markandeyan tells Malar to apologize to Chinnatai. Sita is unhappy with Markandeyan’s decision. Sita is unaware of Malars. She trusts blindly Malar. Pandi refuses to accept Malar. Malar decides to apologize to Chinnatai. Chinnatai refuses to accept Malar. Sita gets agitated when Markandeyan supports Chinnatai.
Pandi slaps Malar when she speaks badly about Markandandeyan in front of him. Pandi gives a fitting reply to Malar when she tries to provoke him. As per Thanichalam’s plan, Revathi’s daughter visits Markandeyan’s home.
Revathi stages an act. She returns Sita’s gold to her. Markandeyan takes the jewels to the shop. Markandeyan learns the truth about the jewel. All of sudden, Reavathi’s henchmen change the bag which contains gold jewels. Revathi fails to accept Markandeyan’s truth.
