The episode starts with Karthick thinking that Lakshmi is the only person who is able to support him. Lakshmi asks Karthick if Sundari is hurt after she takes Anu’s name. Karthick asks Lakshmi what he did wrong to her? Why doesn’t she care about him? Lakshmi says to him that she rushed to meet him after learning about his state. Karthick tells her that he may not be a good husband to Sundari, but he isn’t a bad son or brother. Why is mom considering him as the reason for her father’s death? He loved them genuinely. She also stopped talking with him. Lakshmi says that mom was angry with him. Karthick tells her that Sundari is treating him as her enemy. He doesn’t know how he will save Anu from this? She consoles him. She assures him that everything will be alright soon. Lakshmi asks him to take care of Anu and leaves. Anu takes Murugan’s blessings. Sundari tells him that she will reach home later. Murugan and Lakshmi leave from there. Karthick hides the divorce papers inside the pillow cover.
Karthick thinks that Anu hasn’t seen the divorce papers yet. He doubts whether it’s safe to keep it inside the pillow cover. What if she notices it while changing places? Meanwhile, Anu says to Sundari that she saw everyone in her family except her husband. He is escaping from her sight. Sundari says to her that he doesn’t like to meet her. Then how will Anu meet him? Sundari says that when she is meeting her husband, that will be the last day of his life. Anu nodded to her. She says that she was giving respect to him for her sake. She says that she doesn’t know how to forgive him. He did a sin to her. Sundari asks her not to stress on him. Anu says that she wouldn’t leave him if Karthick was in his place. Sundari asks her to leave this matter. Sundari helps Anu to change the pillow cover and bedsheets. Karthick lashes out at Sundari for touching his pillow. Anu says to him that she asked her to do it. Karthick changed the topic. Anu is about to remove the pillow cover. Karthick fears of getting caught.
Karthick asks Anu not to change the pillow cover. Anu misunderstands that he was seeing sentiments in that pillow. Sundari excuses them. Anu asks Karthick why he hasn’t shared the reason with her behind his anger. Karthick blinks at her. He says that Anu said to her before him. Anu asked him not to sleep. He had to take medicine. Anu tells him that he was more positive of her. He does not even allow others to touch their pillow. She assures him that she won’t treat him badly again.
Later, Sundari says to Mallika that Karthick starts walking. Call her if any emergency situation comes. She has to prepare for the exam. Mallika asks her if they hurt her in any way? Sundari says that she has to prepare for her exam. Mallika thinks that she may be hurt by their acts. She assures her to talk with them. Sundari says that she doesn’t care about Karthick, but Anu is not aware of the truth. She doesn’t have any intention of hurting her. Anu comes there and inquires her what’s going on? Mallika says to her that Karthick is recovering. Sundari will visit them when they need her help. Anu asks Sundari to stay with her until her delivery. Anu asks Sundari not to take Karthick’s words to her heart. She might stay with her.
Mallika asks her not to force her. She has to prepare for an exam. Anu says that she arranged everything in her house to prepare for her exam. She shows her new room to her. Mallika asks her not to force her. Anu says to her if she doesn’t stay in this house, then she will stay in her house along with Karthick. Sundari agrees with her. Meanwhile, Lakshmi asks Appatha where she is going. She keeps questioning her? Appatha hesitates to talk with her. Malini comes there and reveals the truth to her.
