The episode starts with Mahindra, Jagathi, and Vasudhara talking about MSR’s proposal. Jagathi feels suspicious of MSR’s proposal. Vasudhara also feels the same as MSR is talking to Rishi differently and with them. Mahindra says to Jagathi and Vasudhara how happy Rishi is with medical college getting started in the DBST college. Rishi comes and asks Jagathi what happened about MSR’s proposal? Jagathi hesitates to tell Rishi. Rishi says they will talk about the proposal later and asks Vasudhara to come with him. Vasudhara agrees and goes with Rishi.
Rishi convinces Vasudhara to go on a ride with him on the bike. Vasudhara agrees. Devayani sees Rishi and Vasudhara going on a bike and complaints about it to Phaneendra. Phaneendra reminds Devayani that Rishi and Vasudhara are going to get married and asks Devayani not to think too much.
Phaneendra sees Dharani coming and asks her to bring some coffee. Dharani agrees. Phaneendra leaves from there. Dharani asks Devayani if she wants anything. Devayani asks for some poison. Dharani reminds Devayani it is not in the house. Devayani gets frustrated with Dharani.
Vasudhara asks Rishi where are they going? Rishi says she will know soon. Rishi brings Vasudhara to the college. Rishi gives surprise to Vasudhara and asks Vasudhara to close her eyes. Rishi shows the nameplate of DBST medical college to Vasudhara. Vasudhara feels bad seeing this. Vasudhara says to Rishi about MSR’s proposal. Rishi gets upset about MSR’s proposal and says it will never happen. Rishi asks Vasudhara not to think too much and asks Vasudhara to forget about MSR. Vasudhara is about to take the nameplate from the wall. Rishi asks Vasudhara to keep it there. Rishi says to Vasudhara that it is his goal and says he will not change it because of a few set backs.
Mahindra, Jagathi and Vasudhara think Rishi is sad but he is not showing it on his face. Jagathi says to Vasudhara that they have to do something to make Rishi’s dream possible and says it will benefit society also. Rishi overhears Jagathi, Vasudhara and Mahindra’s conversation. Rishi leaves from there.
Vasudhara says to Rishi it is time for college. Rishi says let’s go. Vasudhara asks Rishi to stop and says his shirt is not well. Vasudhara sets Rishi’s shirt buttons right and asks Rishi if he is thinking about Medical college. Rishi says he knows they are worried about him. Rishi says he overheard their conversation. Rishi asks Vasudhara to thank Jagathi for being concerned about him. Vasudhara says it will be good if he says thanks himself to Jagathi.
