The episode starts with MSR agreeing to Rishi’s proposal and saying to Phaneendra and Mahindra about it. Phaneendra asks MSR why didn’t he talk to Rishi about this directly? MSR says after what happened with Rishi before MSR thought he wouldn’t get an appointment from Rishi to talk about this and says to them about it. MSR says to Phaneendra and Mahindra about the benefits of this proposal and asks them to talk to Rishi and leaves from there. Devayani asks Phaneendra to agree to this deal. But Phaneendra and Mahindra say Rishi will decide about this proposal.
Rishi asks Dharani where is Devayani? Dharani says Devayani is in her room as she is feeling tired. Rishi goes to meet Devayani.
Vasudhara asks Jaagthi why did Devayani get sick? Jagathi says MSR came with a proposal to the house and Devayani liked his proposal and says Devayani got sick to convince Rishi. Jagathi says to Vasudhara not to worry and says Rishi will not agree to MSR’s proposal.
Rishi comes to Devayani and asks her what happened? After talking to Devayani, Rishi understands that Devayani is feeling down thinking of something and asks Devayani about it. Devayani tells about MSR’s proposal to Rishi. What did Phaneendra and Mahindra say to MSR? Devayani says they left the decision to him.
Devayani dreams of Rishi praising her and saying to Phaneendra and Mahindra that they let him down. Devayani feels happy seeing this. Dharani brings Devayani out of her trance.
Rishi praises Phaneendra and Mahindra for leaving the decision to him. Rishi thanks Phaneendra and Mahindra for not accepting MSR’s proposal. Mahindra and Phaneendra say his decision is the final decision in college matters. Rishi decides to not accept MSR’s proposal. Jagathi and Vasudhara praise Rishi.
Rishi comes to MSR and meets him. MSR thought Rishi came here agreeing with his proposal so he puts his hand forward to shake Rishi’s hand. Rishi says to MSR that he is not agreeing to his proposal. Rishi and MSR argue for a while. MSR provokes Rishi and makes him agree to the challenge saying they will both apply for medical college license and says within 10 days whoever gets the license first will win this challenge and says if Rishi wins MSR’s educational institutions will be merged into DBST college and if MSR wins DBST college will be merged into MSR’s educational institutions. Rishi agrees to the challenge. Rishi leaves from there.
Rishi says to his family about the challenge. Mahindra and Jagathi remind Rishi how tough it is to get permission within due time. Rishi agrees it is tough but not impossible.
