The episode starts with Vasudhara saying to Rishi that only he should sit in this seat and no one else. Rishi asks Vasudhara if she got upset as Shailendra only sat here for a while. Rishi asks Vasudhara how can she handle when something more happens? Vasudhara asks Rishi why is he talking like that? Rishi says he is saying the truth as not every day is their day. Vasudhara says she can’t stand it. Rishi says to Vasudhara she needs to stay strong. Vasudhara asks Rishi that only he needs to sit in this seat and no one else and says it is her wish. Rishi agrees.
Jagathi recalls Shailendra’s words and shares her suspicion with Mahindra that Shailendra might be what he seems. Mahindra asks Jagathi not to worry and says he knows Shailendra and says he is not like Devayani and says he is like Phaneendra a good guy. Jaagthi says she also hopes for it. Jagathi goes to Dharani.
Vasudhara sees Dharani always cooking in the kitchen so she suggests Dharani to do some other activities like going out. Shailendra comes and acts as if he agrees with Vasudhara’s suggestion. Shailendra asks Vasudhara to teach Dharani how to live life and says he will also pay her fees if she needs it. Rishi says he also learned a lot from Vasudhara. Shailendra asks Rishi about it. Rishi says to Shailendra that she taught him that there is life beside college. Shailendra says then it seems he also needs to learn a lot of things. Vasudhara leaves from there angrily and Rishi goes after her. Shailendra warns Dharani that nobody should find out the distance between them and asks Dharani to act normally. Jagathi sees Shailendra talking to Dharani. Shailendra leaves Dharani and Dharani has tears in her eyes.
Rishi in his room thinks why didn’t Vasudhara message him good night. Rishi asks Vasudhara about it. Vasudhara says bad night as she is angry. Rishi asks Vasudhara why is she angry? Vasudhara asks Rishi to find out. Rishi couldn’t think of any reason and messages Vasudhara about it. Rishi thinks no matter what made her angry he has make her happy. Rishi makes Sorry with Marbles and sends a photo of it to Vasudhara. Vasudhara seeing this feels happy. Rishi video call Vasudhara and asks Vasudhara if she calmed down. Vasudhara says to Rishi about the reason why she is angry as he said he learnt a lot of things from her to Shailendra while it was the other way around. Rishi laughs at Vasudhara seeing this and and asks her to go to sleep. Vasudhara agrees.
The next day in the conference room Rishi talks with his family about the medical college. Rishi says to Phaneendra that they need rs 10 crores to construct medical college and they only have 7 crores liquid cash. Jagathi advices Rishi it will be better to move forward when they have the whole money. Rishi says they can handle it as they don’t give the whole money at the same time. Minster calls Rishi and praises for his idea of joining engineering college with Medical college. Rishi thanks Minister. Rishi says he wants to give free medical education and says he has a plan for it and says Vasudhara will come to him after they discuss about it. Minister agrees. Phaneendra and Mahindra ask Rishi about it. Rishi says with Doctor makes doctor concept some well settled doctors will sponsor a single doctor and Rishi says he approached a lot of doctors and all of them agreed to it.
