Star Bharat’s recently launched show Meri Saas Bhoot Hai is a horror comedy show which revolves around Gaura and her mother in law Rekha. As Som and Gaura are married and Rekha has already become a ghost post her sudden death it will be interesting to see the equation of a ghost mother in law and human daughter in law.
In the previous episode, Kanchan is critical of Gaura. Rekha expresses her happiness to Gaura. Gaura requests that she leave her. Rekha promises to leave her forever shortly. Twinkle meets Som.
Gaura, she claims, came home with Kanchan and Rahul to discuss her and Som’s alliance. Som claims Gaura is playing a game because she tore the divorce papers before. Gaura prepares her luggage. Rekha begins to cry. Gaura says she will stay until Som and Twinkle’s wedding.
Kanchan informs her husband that she will locate a girl for Rahul since she wants Rahul and Som to marry in the same mandap. Som questions Gaura about why she went to repair his and Twinkle’s marriage. Gaura expresses her desire to end this name sake connection so that they can live blissfully in their different homes. Someone comes home and arranges a marriage.
Som expresses his desire for a good, educated boy for Gaura. Gaura beats the individual with a broom. Som expresses his desire for Gaura to find her place in life. Gaura doubts that Som wants her to marry so that she can divorce him first and then marry Twinkle comfortably.
She claims she would not grant him divorce and advises him to go to court and seek divorce, citing Gaura’s mental health issues. She promises Som that she will not interfere with Som and Twinkle’s marriage.
In the upcoming episode, In the temple Twinkle gives divorce papers to Gaura and asks her to put finger prints on them within ten minutes. Gaura takes sindoor in her hand and signs the divorce papers.
