The episode starts with Kalyan seeing someone is about sneak up on Appu. Kalyan tries to interfere and gets his head injured. Appu worries about Kalyan. The hear the police sirens and leaves from there.
Appu asks her friends to take out the bike and decides to take Kalyan to her home.
Subbu and Raj suggest Sita ramayya that they will take Sita ramayya to USA for treatment. Sitaramayya doesn’t agree to it and says to them that he wants to leave his last breath in this home. Indira asks Subbu and Raj if they are talking about business. Raj says yes. Indira asks them to come after half an hour reminding them that it’s Sitaramayya’s time to take rest. Raj and Subbu leave from there.
Subbu suggests Raj that they should bring the experts to India to do treatment for Sitaramayya. Raj agrees. Subbu asks Raj where is Sitaramayya’s file? Raj says it’s in the office locker and says it’s also in his phone. Subbu asks Raj to make sure no one looks at his phone. Raj agrees.
Appu does first aid to Kalyan. Annapurna blames Appu for Kalyan’s injury. Appu questions Kalyan why did he come in btween the fight? Kalyan says if he hasn’t interfered then she would have gotten this injury. Kalyan gets a call from Anamika. Appu take the phone from Kalyan and says to Anamika that Kalyan got injured and he couldn’t talk right now. Appu cuts the call. Anamika worries about Kalyan. Appu sends Kalyan to his home.
Annapurna questions Appu about her change in behaviour towards Kalyan. Appu stays silent. Annapurna leaves from there.
Raj puts his phone on the bed and goes to the washroom. Kavya sees Raj’s phone ringing continuously. Kavya picks up the phone. Raj comes and takes the phone away from from Kavya. Raj asks Kavya who gave her permission to look through his phone? Kavya says his phone is ringing continuously and she is about to take the call and tell them that he is in the washroom. Raj comments on Kavya. Kavya ask Raj if this is the change that he is talking about? Kavya leaves from there. Raj decides to cool down Kavya.
Raj comes downstairs and holds Kavya’s pallu. Everyone sees this and smile at them. Kalyan returns to Duggirala mansion with bandage to his head. Everyone asks Kalyan what happened and how did he get injured? Anamika comes and asks Kalyan what happened to him and how did he get injured? Anamika doesn’t notice anyone around her and worries about Kalyan. Anamika later notices everyone around her. Kalyan introduces Anamika to his family. While Anamika is talking to Kalyan’s family. Raj tries to talk to Kavya. Aparna interferes. Kalyan later takes Anamika to his room.
Kavya goes into the kitchen. Raj goes after Kavya. Rudrani seeing this says to Aparna that Raj is not able to leave Kavya for a minute. Aparna feels angry hearing this.
Kalyan brings Anamika to his room. Kalyan tries to talk to Anamika but he fails. Anamika sees Kalyan is taking care of the plant she gave him and feels elated.

Precap:- Raj tries to help Kavya in the kitchen making sweet but Raj mixes Salt instead of sugar in the sweet. Raj later realises his mistake.
All the family members taste the sweet and say to Kavya that it’s too salty. Kavya looks at Raj.
