The episode starts with Rishi refusing to return to DBST college. Vasudhara asks Rishi to make DBST College come out of trouble. Mahindra tells Rishi that they will lose their college if he doesn’t come. He asks Rishi to come to save their family’s reputation. Rishi says he is just Rishi so he can’t help them. Vasudhara says they are just asking him to come back to solve the DBST College problem. She asks him to not forget his responsibility. Rishi says he knows his responsibility and says he can never come back to the DBST college. He says Jagathi Madam and her student will solve the problem. He asks Vasudhara to accompany Jagathi if she wants. Vasudhara says she will definitely go to save the college. Jagathi asks Rishi to rethink his decision. Rishi says he stands firm on his decision. Jagathi, Vasudhara, and Mahindra leave from there.
MSR asks Phanidra how much time he needs to wait. Shailendra asks how can they pay that huge amount in a short time. He asks him to give them some more time. MSR refuses. Phanindra says Jagathi will come back and answer your questions. Devayani asks how can Jagathi pay 2 crores. Phanidra says she will do something. Later, Jagathi, Mahindra, and Vasudhara come to college. Devyani sees them and tells Shailendra that she is scared. Shailendra says they can turn everything in their favour and asks her to not worry. Phanidra comes out and asks them what are they doing outside. Shailendra reveals to Phanidra that Jagathi and Mahindra went to meet Rishi and they are frequently visiting Rishi and gave Mission education responsibilities to Rishi only without our knowledge. Phanidra gets shocked and thinks about why Mahindra hid it from him.
Mahindra and Jagathi come there. Phanidra questions Jagathi and Mahindra for hiding about Rishi’s whereabouts. Mahindra and Jagathi say they can talk about it later after solving the MSR problem. Phanidra agrees.
Jagathi meets MSR. She asks him to stop his evil plan. MSR shows her the agreement. He demands Jagathi to repay his debt. Mahindra questions Shailendra why he signed on agreement without checking it. Shailendra says he signed in a hurry so he didn’t check. Phanidra supports Shailendra. MSR asks them to stop their argument. He demands them to sign the papers. Jagathi says the Minister will solve this issue and we can go there. MSR says he will involve central people and will not leave until he gets his money or college. He says they have only 30 minutes left. Vasudhara decides to inform Rishi about the matter. Shailendra thinks he is going to win.
