The episode starts with Ayush following the truck owner. Ayush calls Shalu and says he is right behind her and asks Shalu to wave at him to confirm that it is her. Shalu agrees and waves at him. Ayush says to Shalu that he will come forward and says he will follow the truck owner so that the truck owner will not suspect that they are following him. Shalu agrees. Ayush comes infront of Shalu’s auto and follows the truck owner.
Sonal decides to threaten the truck owner and send him out of this city.
Rishi tells everything what he knows about the accident to the inspector. The inspector says this is looking like murder conspiracy. Rishi says he is also thinking the same thing. The inspector says the one who tried to kill Lakshmi might be their prime suspect. The inspector later leaves from there. Rishi decides to go and search for Lakshmi. The nurse stops Rishi and says to Rishi that he needs to take his medicine.
Kiran sees there is blood spilled on Malishka’s face and thinks she killed Lakshmi.
Rano calls Bani and asks Bani if they found Lakshmi. Bani says they are following the truck owner. Rano asks Bani to give her updates from time to time.
Kiran pulls Malishka to a side. Kiran asks Malishka if she killed Lakshmi. Malishka looks absent minded. Kiran thinks of what she has to do to save Malishka.
Sonal calls the truck owner and asks him where is he? The truck owner says he is coming there.
A ward boy shouts that a woman is murdered. Virendra thinks it might be Lakshmi and decides to go and check it out. Rishi says it is not Lakshmi. The hospital staff takes Virendra to identify the body.
Kiran decides to call Sonal for help. The truck owner comes to the location and calls Sonal. Sonal says she is in the big car and asks him to come infront of the car. The truck owner agrees.
The truck owner waits for Sonal’s call. Kiran calls Sonal and informs her that Malishka murdered Lakshmi. She asks Sonal to get new clothes for Malishka from home before anyone catches Malishka with Lakshmi’s blood on her. Sonal agrees. She sees Shalu and Bani observing the truck owner from the car’s rearview mirror. She escapes from there. She calls the driver and alerts him to escape from Lakshmi’s sisters. The truck driver sees Shalu and escapes from there in an auto. Shalu calls Ayush to alert him. Ayush asks her to not worry. He says he is following the auto driver.
Rishi thinks nothing will happen to Lakshmi. Kiran asks Malishka to come to her senses. Malishka comes to her senses. Kiran tells her Virendra goes to identify Lakshmi’s body and hopes you don’t get caught. Virendra enters the room. He cries seeing Lakshmi’s dead body. Later Virendra comes to Rishi and informs Rishi that Lakshmi is no more. Rishi says it can’t be true. He says he is alive so Lakshmi is alive. He goes to check on Lakshmi. Malishka says she killed Lakshmi. Rishi sees Malishka. He questions Malishka if she killed Lakshmi. He asks if she was behind their accident and attack. Kiran feels worried. Rishi says you’re jealous of Lakshmi so you killed her to take revenge on her. Malishka admits that she killed Lakshmi as Lakshmi snatched him from her. Rishi says you killed me by killing Lakshmi. He tries to choke her. Kiran makes Rishi swear on Lakshmi and asks Rishi to leave Malishka. Rishi leaves Malishka and says he will make sure that she is hanged.
