The episode starts with Harleen thanking God as he saved Lakshmi. Harleen prays for Rishi and Lakshmi.
Sonal comes to Malishka. Malishka says to Sonal that Rishi saved Lakshmi again. Malishka asks Sonal why doesn’t Rishi do all of this for her. Malishka asks Sonal why are only tears written in her destiny and all of the happiness is written in Lakshmi Bhagya.
Karishma and Sonia talk about Lakshmi returning home. Karishma and Sonia think Lakshmi still can’t come here. Harleen comes and asks Karishma why is that. Neelam comments on Lakshmi and her inauspiciousness. Neelam says to Harleen that Rishi has done a great thing that would make the Oberoi family proud but Lakshmi will not enter this house.
Rishi overhears Neelam’s words and steps back when he is about to step into the Oberoi mansion. Harleen observes this and thinks what is Rishi doing.
Harleen comes to Rishi and praises him. Harleen invites Rishi and Lakshmi into the house. Neelam hugs Rishi and says to Rishi that she is proud of him. Karishma also praises Rishi. Rishi gives the credit of all of this matter to Lakshmi.
Harleen asks Lakshmi how is she. Lakshmi says she is fine. Lakshmi says to Harleen how Rishi saved her. Rishi asks Neelam if she still thinks Lakshmi should not stay in this house. Neelam says yes. Rishi says to Neelam that Lakshmi has matured a lot and he guarantees for Lakshmi saying Lakshmi will not create any trouble in this house again. Neelam says to Rishi that no matter what she will not allow Lakshmi to stay here. Lakshmi takes Neelam’s blessings and says to Neelam that she will not stay here if Neelam doesn’t want her to stay here. Malishka observes this from afar and asks Rishi if Lakshmi got cured. Rishi argues with Neelam saying they should allow Lakshmi to stay here and shows the certificate that Lakshmi is cured and she is not a threat to anyone. Karishma says to Rishi that with this there will be no problem of the police but what about Lakshmi. Karishma says Lakshmi can either hurt herself or them. Rishi guarantees Karishma that Lakshmi will not create any trouble. Harleen stops their argument and says to Neelam that her birthday is coming and they should celebrate her birthday together as family. Harleen says to Neelam that she accepted Lakshmi so she should also allow Lakshmi to stay here for the birthday celebration. Neelam gives in to Harleen and says they will celebrate her birthday as family and allows Lakshmi to stay for a few days. Neelam later leaves from there.
Malishka worries about Balwinder and the doctor giving her up to the cops. Sonal reveals the good news to Malishka that Balwinder and the doctor escaped from the cops. Malishka feels relieved hearing this. Malishka later thinks about how to get rid of Lakshmi. Malishka gets an idea on how to send Lakshmi out of this house. Sonal asks Malishka if she is going to do something on Neelam’s birthday. Malishka says yes.
Rishi worries about how he will stay together with Lakshmi after Neelam’s birthday. Lakshmi says to Rishi that they should celebrate Neelam’s birthday grandly. Rishi agrees.
