The episode starts with Abhir motivating Neerja that the next sunrise will bring new hope to them. He plants a kiss on her forehead before leaving the room. Abhir goes across Trisha’s room. She hears Trisha’s crying sound and knocks on the door to know if she’s fine as a friend. Trisha asks Abhir to come in. Trisha puts on an emotional act by saying that she isn’t fine. She hugs Abhir’s arm, resting her head on his shoulder. She asks Abhir if she will always be her friend. Abhir nods yes. Trisha thinks in mind that she has started her battle, and she’s and will always be in Abhir’s arms despite Neerja being his wife.
The next morning, Abhir goes to Neerja’s room and finds her getting ready. Abhir starts romancing Neerja by pulling close to him. He wants the time to freeze. Neerja asks Abhir to apply vermilion on her forehead. Abhir obliges. Meharuba plays in the BG. Abhir hugs her from behind and praises her beauty. Neerja tells Abhir that today is the ritual of her first cooking. She asks Abhir to take her to scatter Protima’s ashes. Abhir says that he would have taken her if she hadn’t asked him. He goes to freshen up.
At Sonagachi, Chakri gets worried about Shamili being missing and asks Shobhorani, who scolds her. Just then, Didun arrives with Shamili. Chakri runs to Shamili, crying and asks her what happened. Didun says that Shamili would also have died like Protima. Chakri asks Shamili what Didun is talking about and asks Shamili to say something. Didun lies that Shamili met with an accident and lost her voice, shocking Chakri.
Didun wonders what to do with Shamili, who has lost her voice. She can’t keep her as a queen, but she can keep her as a servant. Didun’s man asks Didun about leaving Shamili with Chakri, since Shamili can tell Chakri the truth by writing on a paper. Didun says in gestures that Shamili can’t write.
Abhir and Neerja go to the breakfast table and are surprised to see Trisha having prepared kheer for the first rasoi ritual. Abhir asks Trisha about performing her first rasoi when they’re not married. Trisha tells Abhir about coming to her room last night. Abhir explains that he went there to console Trisha, who was sad. Abhir says that Neerja, who is his wife, has the right to do the first rasoi and asks Neerja to make kheer. But Moushmi opposes. Neerja stops Abhir from arguing with Moushmi and accepts Moushmi’s decision.
Abhir pours milk in a glass and asks Neerja to feed it to him to complete the ritual. Neerja obliges. Abhir makes Neerja drink the remaining milk. Kaushik and Munmun laugh, imitating Abhir. Kaushik says that he has to go to the office to see the drama as he leaked Abhir’s marriage news to the staff. Munmun wishes that Bijoy throws Abhir and Neerja out of the house after returning home. Abhir takes Neerja to scatter Protima’s ashes and promises to always be by her side.
