In today’s episode, Akshara asks the judge to grant her permission to call Anurag’s wife, Smita, to the witness box. She claims Smita is the eyewitness. The judge calls out Smita. Akshara questions Smita. Smita tells the court that Yuvraj was in the driver’s seat. She claims Yuvraj killed Anurag. Arman wants to cross-question Smita. The judge asks Arman to carry on. Arman asks Smita what would happen if she got confused between Yuvraj and his driver. Smita says Yuvraj is the killer. Arman asks Smita what motif Yuvraj has to kill Anurag. Smita says Abhira will tell the rest because Anurag had a fight with Yuvraj for her.
Akshara calls Abhira into the box. She asks Abhira why Yuvraj was after her. Abhira says Yuvraj is her stalker. She tells the court that, despite having rejected Yuvraj, he is after him. Arman stands stunned. She asks for time to check the facts.
