The episode starts with Neerja saving Bappa from the fire. Then she runs to save Kaushik, who gets trapped in the fire. Just then, the family arrives there, and they are shocked to see Kaushik surrounded by a fire. They try to pour water to put out the fire. But Neerja asks not to, since there the kerosine oil smells and water will not help to put out the fire. Abhir is on the way. He remembers Neerja’s words and senses something is wrong.
Here, Neerja manages to save Kaushik. However, she faints. Just then, Abhir arrives and holds Neerja in his arms. Abhir takes Neerja to the room. The doctor checks Neerja and assures Abhir that there is nothing to worry about. She will gain consciousness soon. The doctor tells Moushmi and Bijoy that Kaushik is fine. Moushmi asks the doctor about Neerja. The doctor praises Neerja for saving Kaushik, risking her life.
Just then, Munmun arrives and laments about someone wanting to kill Kaushik. Moushmi asks Munmun to have sweets as her BP might be low. She obliges. Moushmi comforts Bappa. Moushmi and Bijoy wonder how kerosine got poured in the lawn. Trisha says that there was a leakage in the generator room. At Sonagachi, Didun is sitting in the bathtub and meditating. Shobha asks Didun why she is bathing in this red water every time on that day. Didun says that this is water that helps to fulfill one’s desires and her wish is for Neerja to return to Sonagachi forever.
Satark gives Neerja’s medicine to Abhir. The latter praises Neerja, who risked her life for his family members. He worries about Neerja. Satark assures Abhir. On the other hand, Moushmi tells Kaushik about Neerja saving his life by getting into the fire. She offers him turmeric milk and takes another glass for Neerja, surprising Munmun and Trisha. Neerja gains consciousness. Abhir asks Neerja why she stresses him and asks what if something happened to her. Just then, Moushmi arrives. She asks Neerja how she’s doing and gives her turmeric milk for her wounds.
Moushmi folds her hands, and thanks Neerja for saving Kaushik. Neerja asks Moushmi not to fold her hands, but blesses her instead. Abhir says that Neerja misses his mom, who is no more, and says that Moushmi is fulfilling it. Just then, Kaushik arrives there with Munmun’s help. He sits next to Neerja. He holds Neerja’s hand and thanks her.
Bijoy wonders how they didn’t get kerosine smell before. Moushmi says that Trisha put smoke in the garden, so they couldn’t smell the oil. Kaushik stumbles while walking. Abhir holds him. Kaushik hugs Abhir. He says that he is with Abhir and Neerja despite no one being with them. Munmun takes Kaushik from there. Trisha gets a call and leaves. Abhir takes care of Neerja. Abhir kisses Neerja on her wounds. Kaushik watched this hiding. He thinks that he wishes he could be in Abhir’s place.
Didun meets a Baba and says that someone needs his help. Just then, Trisha arrives and says that she wants Abhir in return of what he wants. The Baba cuts her finger and drops the blood in the fire. He says that Abhir is Trisha’s now even for the next seven generations. Meanwhile Abhir says that he is Neerja’s for the next seven years.
Precap: Neerja gets a message and goes to the lawn thinking it’s from Abhir. She realises that it’s not Abhir and runs upstairs. She gets scared, seeing a shadow.
