The episode starts with Harleen crying to herself, thinking that no matter how much she tries to keep the family together, everything is being drifted apart. Harleen prays to God and hopes that He will handle everything.
Karishma comes to Harleen and shares her pain. Karishma says to Harleen that she made a mistake choosing Anushka for Ayush. Karishma comments on Anushka. Harleen asks Karishma to talk to Ayush and find out what is in his heart. Harleen says to Karishma that if her relationship with Ayush was good, he would have told her what he is going through. Karishma agrees with Harleen and comments on it.
Neel arrives at the hospital. Inside, the lights are flickering continuously. The hospital staff goes to check it out.
Neel asks a nurse where Lakshmi’s room is. The nurse tells him it is room no. 5. Neel leaves from there.
Neel runs into Ayush, but Ayush doesn’t recognize him. Ayush thinks he has seen him somewhere before. Ayush gets a call from AJ, who tells him that the person who kidnapped Lakshmi is at the hospital. Ayush asks AJ for the kidnapper’s name. AJ says it is Neel. Ayush recalls that Neel is Anushka’s husband. Ayush starts looking for him.
Lakshmi regains consciousness and asks the doctor where Rishi is. The doctor asks Lakshmi to calm down, says all her reports are normal, and reveals that she is pregnant. Lakshmi says she already knows about it, but Rishi doesn’t. The doctor says that they did the right thing. The doctor informs Lakshmi that they sent her reports to another doctor, who will tell Rishi about it. The doctor also mentions that Neelam and Malishka came to the hospital. Lakshmi says to the doctor that Rishi shouldn’t know she is pregnant as there are problems in their relationship.
Malishka is shown to have come to the hospital with Kiran and Neelam. Kiran asks Malishka to calm down and tells her that she will feel pain as she is having cramps. Rishi approaches Neelam and says he called Dr. Mehra, who will arrive any minute. Kiran tells Rishi to stay with Malishka as she is feeling pain due to her cramps.
The doctor tells Lakshmi that she sent a nurse to retrieve her reports and that it will be done shortly. Lakshmi says she has to make sure that Rishi doesn’t find out she is pregnant. The doctor says that the reports were sent to Dr. Mehra and shows Lakshmi a photo of Dr. Mehra.
Shalu runs into Neel at the hospital. Neel later escapes from her sight. Ayush arrives and learns from Shalu that she also ran into Neel. They both search for him. Ayush spots Neel and throws a tray at him. Ayush catches Neel and decides to hand him over to the cops. Neel, however, escapes from Ayush.
Dr. Mehra takes Lakshmi’s reports from the compounder and goes to the Oberoi family to share the good news that Lakshmi is pregnant. However, she is interrupted when Neel passes by them, being chased by Ayush and Shalu.
Lakshmi takes the reports from Dr. Mehra and says she already knows her reports are positive. She asks Dr. Mehra to check on Malishka, who is having stomach pain.
Lakshmi feels relieved that no one knows about her pregnancy and thinks about it in her heart.
