The episode begins with Karishma worrying about Ayush’s condition. She receives a call from Avinash and steps aside to answer it. Meanwhile, Shalu looks at Ayush and becomes emotional. Rishi approaches her and tries to comfort her. He tells Shalu that Ayush will recover if she simply goes to him and confesses her love. Shalu expresses her hope that this will happen.
Jaya takes Malishka to meet Garimacharya. Kiran questions Malishka about why she wants to see Garimacharya. Jaya asks them whether they truly want to meet Garimacharya or not. Malishka confirms her decision and asks Jaya if Garimacharya really possesses divine powers. Jaya assures her that she does. Malishka, still skeptical, insists on meeting Garimacharya to ask her something important.
Meanwhile, Shalu tells Rishi that she is willing to do anything for Ayush’s recovery, even if it means confessing her love to him. Just then, a nurse arrives with the blood needed for Ayush and takes it to his room. Lakshmi arrives and informs them that she spoke with the nurse, who assured her that Ayush will be fine.
Kiran once again asks Malishka why she is so eager to meet Garimacharya. Malishka admits that she wants confirmation of whether Garimacharya can truly foresee the future. Kiran urges Malishka to stop doubting her. Malishka agrees but reveals that she wants to find out if Lakshmi is really pregnant.
Back at the hospital, Rishi expresses his gratitude to Lakshmi for saving Ayush’s life. Lakshmi asks him not to speak in such a way and comments on the situation. Rishi, deeply worried about Ayush, confesses his love for Lakshmi, saying that he cannot live without her. He hugs Lakshmi just as Neelam witnesses the moment.
Later, Rishi goes to get medicine for Ayush, leaving his wallet behind on the bench. Shalu notices and follows him to return it. Meanwhile, Neelam asks Lakshmi to come with her.
Neelam confronts Lakshmi, questioning what she was doing and whether she is truly willing to leave Rishi for Shalu’s happiness.
At Garimacharya’s place, she looks at Lakshmi’s photo and declares that Lakshmi is pregnant and will receive her husband’s love. She decides to inform Neelam. Malishka attempts to bribe her, but Garimacharya rebukes her, saying, “You’re a fool to think I can be bought. Money holds no power over me.”
Back at the hospital, Lakshmi assures Neelam that she is ready to leave Rishi’s life for Shalu’s happiness. Neelam warns her not to back out at the last moment, and Lakshmi promises to keep her word. Neelam leaves.
Meanwhile, Garimacharya firmly tells Malishka, “I serve Maata Rani, and I do not need money.” Kiran tries to calm Malishka down, but Malishka lashes out, accusing Garimacharya of being a fraud and threatening to expose her. Garimacharya, unshaken, declares that she has Maata Rani’s blessings.
Suddenly, Garimacharya channels her powers and sees Malishka’s past. She turns to Malishka and asks, “Are you carrying the Oberoi heir, or is this someone else’s child?” Malishka stands frozen in shock.
