In today’s episode, Arman grows restless, wondering why the doctor is taking so long to diagnose Abhira. Kaveri asks him to be patient. The doctor informs the Poddars that Abhira is still in trauma and, mentally, she is still in jail. Arman asks what they can do for her. The doctor says Abhira needs attention and affection, and requests everyone to handle her with patience. Vidya decides to cook for Abhira, while Arman resolves to support Myra.
Myra misses Abhira and asks Arman if the doctor has prescribed any medicine for her. Arman patiently explains that Abhira needs time and asks Myra to understand her condition. Meanwhile, Vidya asks Manisha to help her cook for Abhira. Tanya gets angry at the Poddars for forgetting that, in her view, Abhira was the reason Anshuman died. Manisha asks Tanya if she still isn’t convinced that Abhira was not responsible for Anshuman’s death.
Tanya insists that Abhira broke Anshuman’s heart, which is why he went to the café and died. Kaveri takes Abhira’s side. Tanya argues that Abhira has no connection to the Poddars, yet she continues to stay with them. Arman asks Tanya to stop speaking against Abhira, but Tanya tells him to focus on Geetanjali instead. Frustrated, Arman asks Krish to take Tanya out of the city before he loses his temper.
Arman tries to feed Abhira, but she asks him to leave before the jailer comes. Arman tells her that the jailer informed him she hasn’t eaten anything. Hearing the jailer’s name, Abhira becomes agitated and refuses to eat.
Later, Geetanjali asks Arman to eat. When he refuses, she insists and forces him to have food. Arman then comes up with a plan to feed Abhira. Vidya and Manisha ask him why he is messing with the food, and Arman explains that the doctor said Abhira is mentally still in jail, so he is trying to recreate jail-like food to encourage her to eat.
Myra and Arman try to feed Abhira together. Myra gently talks to her, and Abhira finally eats. Myra then asks Arman to eat as well. Geetanjali feels bad seeing Arman, Abhira, and Myra together. The Poddars continue to worry for Abhira. Sanjay asks Kaveri to speak with her, but Kaveri refuses to face her. Geetanjali informs the Poddars that both Arman and Abhira have eaten.
Kiara asks everyone to eat too. Manisha lashes out at Kiara, telling her to stop showing fake concern when she secretly takes drugs behind everyone’s back. Manisha decides to send Kiara away from the Poddar house. Kiara is shocked.
Meanwhile, Abhira gets jail flashbacks and ends up sleeping on the floor.
