The episode begins with Vaidya Vishwanath understanding he separated Bholenaath from Kailash and his family. He realizes he has become selfish for the villagers. The villager says they were not aware of Vaidya Vishwanath’s son. Another villager says Vaidya Vishwanath never talked about his son. Bhola tells the villagers that he came now because Vaidya Vishwanath needs him. He greets the kids. Villagers tell kids to stay away from Bhola. They think Bola is affected so he can spread fever to others. Diti sees Bhola and wonders how he is glowing so much. Villagers decide to stay away from Bola and leave from there.
On the other side, Kali tells Jwarasur that his affect should grow stronger. Diti comes there and asks what if Mahadev finds Jwarasur before they complete their plan. Kali says no one can reach Jwarasur, not even Mahadev. And Mahadev can take whatever avatar he wants, but it’s impossible to reach Jwarasur.
In the village, Bhola sees a kid suffering from fever. The villager announces no one should come out of the house because fever is spreading everywhere. He turns around and sees Bhola. He tells Bhola to go home. Bhola tells the villager to go home. Villagers threaten to punish Bhola if the latter won’t go home then. Bhola refuses to go home. The villager’s wife comes there and asks her husband to stay away from Bhola. Bhola hugs the villager, which scares the latter. He says he is showing love so the villager need not get angry. The villager warns Bhola to stay away from him. He says he won’t spare Bhola if he gets affected by fever then.
In the Kailash, Brahmadev says it looks like Bhola wants to suffer from fever. Kartikeya says this is not good. Ganesh asks how Bhola can escape from Kali’s trap. Meanwhile, Bhola snatches the pot from the lady and drinks water. That lady asks Mahadev to save her. Bhola tells her that Mahadev will listen to her and runs from there. The villager says Bhola is really rude.
After some time, the villagers go to Vaidya Vishwanath’s home and complain about Bhola to Vaidya Vishwanath. Vaidya Vishwanath asks how he can scold his son when he doesn’t have a mother and returned home after many years. Bhola comes there with kids. The villager asks what Bhola is doing. Bhola replies he was playing with his friends. Vaidya Vishwanath tells Bhola that the latter is doing wrong. He sees Bholenaath in Bhola. He says even Bhola may get a fever. Bhola says he will handle the fever. He pretends to cough. Villagers run from there.
Devi Parvati decides to find out Bholenaath’s reason behind this Bhola avatar. Lord Narayan says only Bholenaath knows that.
Bhola thinks he should take the fever inside him to find out the cure for it. Villagers take Bhola to Diti. They say Bhola is breaking the village rule. Bhola says he is not a fool, and he knows what’s happening there. And someone is spreading fear to villagers. He hugs the kids one by one and receives their favor.
Diti thinks Mahadev is Bhola. She goes to Kali and tells him that Bhola is not a normal kid. Kali tells her that even Bhola can’t escape from his next attack. Bhola starts coughing.
