Sony SAB’s Ganesh Kartikey approaches a divine milestone as Lord Ganesha’s auspicious wedding with Riddhi and Siddhi is set to begin
Mumbai, December 10, 2025: Sony SAB’s mythological saga, Gatha Shiv Parivaar Ki – Ganesh Kartikey, brings alive the lesser-known stories of Shiv Parivaar – the first family of Gods. The show beautifully blends spiritual grandeur with tender family emotions, exploring how the divine family of Lord Shiv, Goddess Parvati, Lord Ganesh and Lord Kartikey navigate love, duty and conflict.
In the upcoming episodes, the divine story moves toward a landmark moment in Lord Ganesha’s destiny, his marriage. When Tulsi (Geet Jain) expresses her desire to wed Lord Ganesha, he respectfully declines her proposal. Hurt by his refusal, Tulsi curses him, declaring that Lord Ganesha will marry twice and be bound to two wives. This curse becomes the very spark that reveals a deeper cosmic truth: the time has come for Lord Ganesha’s sacred union with Lord Brahma’s (RK Dutta) daughters, Riddhi (Narayani Varne) and Siddhi (Shreya Patel). As Parvati senses this divine shift, she witnesses two radiant lights emerging from Lord Ganesha, a sign that his destined brides are entering his life. This powerful turn sets the stage for one of the most significant chapters in Lord Ganesha’s journey: his auspicious weddings to Riddhi and Siddhi, who will bring prosperity and wisdom into his divine path.
