The episode begins with Aniruddh saying Rishi won’t remember Jhanak due to memory loss. He asks Rishi to get treatment first. Dadabhai says Rishi will remember everything after treatment. Aditi says they should not force Rishi to remember everything. Because medical complications will create more problems for Rishi. She asks Rishi not to take rest. Rishi tells Aditi that they are not married yet, so she need not stay there to take care of him. And he will think about Jhanak later. Aditi tells him she knows what they are. She asks whether anyone has a problem if she stays there for Rishi. Tanushri says she doesn’t want Aditi to leave again. Dritimaan says Rishi and Aditi are divorced, so they can’t stay together. Sanjhbati asks Aditi whether Rishi will accept all this after gaining memories. Aditi says she will answer Rishi when he questions her. Aniruddh asks how Rishi is feeling. Rishi says he feels like he lost something precious.
On the other side, Jhanak’s friends try to make Jhanak the leader of their team. They say Jhanak will be first in exams. Jhanak tells them she is not sure about it. Because she did not prepare well. They leave for the library.
Later, Rishi tells Dritimaan that it’s not necessary to go to the doctor. Aditi tells Rishi that he is not fine. Rishi says he is planning to join duty tomorrow. Aditi asks him to recover first. Dritimaan says Rishi can join duty if the doctor says Rishi is fit then. He hits Jhanak by mistake and stops his car. They get off the car. Rishi scolds Jhanak without seeing her face. Jhanak’s friends scold Dritimaan. They threaten to give a police complaint.
Aditi says there’s no use of fighting. And they will pay for treatment if anyone got injured then. Rishi asks Aditi why they should pay when the mistake is Jhanak’s. Jhanak says she is fine. They see Jhanak’s face. Dritimaan apologizes to Jhanak. He tells her he will take her to the hospital. Jhanak sends her friends from there. She asks Dritimaan not to worry because it was her mistake. She assures them she is fine. Rishi asks why Jhanak comes in front of him always. Dritimaan asks Rishi to try to remember Jhanak. He says Rishi loved Jhanak. Sanjhbati tells Rishi that he went to Jhanak’s village, Simulboni. Rishi asks when he went to Simulboni.
Jhanak says she has to go to the library. Dritimaan asks Jhanak not to leave Rishi. Jhanak asks how she can fight for her rights when Rishi doesn’t remember her. Dritimaan asks Jhanak not to give her place to anyone. He says Jhanak remembers everything, so she should try her best. Aditi tells Dritimaan that they are getting late. He says the doctor will leave if they waste time like this then. Rishi tells Dritimaan, “Let’s go.” And no need to give importance to Jhanak.
Meanwhile, Parashar reads the newspaper and learns about Rishi’s memory loss. He gets worried about Jhanak. He calls Jhanak and asks about Rishi. Jhanak asks him to not think so much. And they can’t do anything about it. She says she came to Kolkata to fulfill her dream so she will focus on that. She recalls Rishi’s words. She informs him that Rishi forgot her. Parashar asks why Jhanak sounds fine. Jhanak asks who said she is fine. She says maybe she was born to suffer. Parashar asks her not to say like that. Jhanak recalls the moments she spent with Rishi and cries. Parashar asks her not to stay in Rishi’s house. Jhanak tells him that she will stay in the teacher’s house for a few days. Parashar asks her to come to Simulboni. Jhanak refuses. She says she has to stay there to achieve her goal. And she has to stay away from Rishi for a few days.
In the jail, Ankush recalls Jhanak’s words. The lawyer comes there and tells Ankush that he could not get bail for anyone. Ankush asks why bail got rejected. The lawyer tells something to Ankush. Ankush says something wrong happened with him and he deserves justice. He asks about Rishi and Jhanak. The lawyer says Rishi lost his memories. Ankush says Rishi and Jhanak should not escape at any cost. He asks the lawyer to kill them. Lawyer agrees.
After some time, the doctor questions Rishi. Rishi answers the doctor. He says he clearly remembers his and Aditi’s relationship. The doctor asks about Rishi’s injury. Rishi replies he is fine except for his headaches. The doctor asks Rishi to wait outside.
The episode ends.
Precap: The doctor tells Dritimaan to recreate Rishi’s memories. Jhanak calls Aniruddh “Baba.” She hugs him and cries.
Our take: Jhanak accepts Aniruddh as her father. And it looks like she wants to be dependent on someone. Aditi should stop obsessing over Rishi.
