The episode begins with Jhanak saying Aditi is not saying anything that’s not mean; everyone will blame her. Aditi asks Jhanak why the latter came out instead of taking rest. And where is Rishi? Jhanak replies Rishi did not come. She says she can’t remain silent when Aditi supported so much. And Aditi is her sister. She says she wants to become like Aditi because Aditi is her inspiration. Aniruddh hugs Jhanak and Aditi.
Later, Aditi tells Aniruddh that she is glad Jhanak returned home safely. She asks him what he is going to do with Arshi. Aniruddh refuses to talk about Arshi. Anjana says Rishi and his family won’t remain silent. Aniruddh says they can’t stop Rishi. And Rishi’s family blamed Aditi when Aditi did so much for Jhanak and Rishi. He asks whether he should file a case against Arshi. And says, “Let Arshi leave the house.” Aditi says she is not understanding anything. Aniruddh says he is responsible for her sorrow and tears. Anjana says they should have been more careful. Aniruddh says he can’t stay with Arshi because she tried to kill his daughter. And Arshi has a problem with him, so in the future she may try to kill him too. Aditi tells him that Arshi is not a criminal.
Arshi comes there and tells Aniruddh that she knows he doesn’t want her to stay in this house. But he should prove she gave sleeping pills to Jhanak. And she will leave the house if Aniruddh proves it then. Aniruddh asks her who else did, if she is innocent then. Arshi says maybe Jhanak consumed sleeping pills before coming there. And she suspects Tanushri. Aniruddh asks her what she is saying. Arshi tells him that Tanushri also hated Jhanak. She says she also wants to know who tried to kill Jhanak. And she can’t even commit suicide before proving her innocence. Aniruddh asks her to stop her emotional drama.
Meanwhile, Putul orders Jhanak to follow the doctor’s instructions and take rest. Jhanak asks, “Where is Rishi?” Putul replies she thinks Rishi went to buy something for Jhanak. She asks Jhanak to stop being a good person. And Jhanak should not have gone to Aniruddh’s house. Jhanak asks Putul to forget that. Putul says Jhanak could have died. Jhanak says she can’t live selfishly. Putul tells Jhanak to never go to that house again. Jhanak says it was not Aditi’s fault and Putul should not have blamed Aditi.
Rishi comes there and asks why Jhanak did not sleep. Jhanak tells him she is not sleepy. Putul asks them to talk and leaves from there. Rishi tells Jhanak that he can’t stay alive if anything happens to her then. Jhanak understands Rishi got scared. Rishi tells her she belongs to him. Jhanak hugs him. She says she did not realize when she fell for him. Rishi tells her she can’t stay away from her. Jhanak asks him where he went. Rishi replies he went to the police station to file a case against Arshi. Jhanak tells him she won’t let Aditi’s mother go to jail. Rishi tells her that Arshi is a criminal and Arshi will be punished. He asks her to sleep now.
The next day, Jhanak gets ready and goes downstairs. Dadabhai tells her to go to the room and take a rest. Dritimaan asks Jhanak where she is going. Rishi comes there and tells Dritimaan that Jhanak is not going anywhere. Putul says Jhanak is still weak so she can’t go out. Rishi says he gave a case against Arshi, but Jhanak doesn’t like this. Indumati asks why Jhanak is doing this when the latter always fights for justice. Sanjhbati tells Rishi to do what he feels right. And he need not involve Jhanak in this.
Dadabhai tells Jhanak that they can’t forgive Arshi. Dritimaan says Arshi crossed all the limits. Jhanak asks them to think about Aditi. She says Aditi can’t see Arshi in jail. Dadabhai says they are with Rishi. Jhanak says it’s her matter, but she doesn’t have the right to give her opinion, which is wrong. Rishi leaves from there angrily. Jhanak says she never cared about others’ opinions.
After some time, Jhanak goes to the police station and introduces herself to the police inspector. The police inspector asks her not to worry because they will take action in her case. Jhanak tells him to take back the case he filed. The police inspector tells her that Rishi gave the case. Jhanak tells him that Rishi misunderstood everything. And she knows the truth. The police inspector says an investigation will definitely happen. Jhanak tells him Arshi is innocent. She says she took sleeping pills because she was tired. And she did not get time to sleep; that’s why she took sleeping pills. The police inspector tells her he can’t do anything until Rishi withdraws his case.

Precap: Rishi goes to arrest Arshi. Arshi tells Aditi that Rishi is trying to send her to jail. Jhanak asks Rishi not to arrest Arshi. Rishi refuses to listen, Rishi. Jhanak tells him she is going to Simulboni alone because he is not listening to her.
Our take: Jhanak is defending Aditi, which is understandable. But she is defending Arshi too. She tells the police inspector that she took sleeping pills. It was surprising that Jhanak is going this extreme to save Arshi.
Is Jhanak telling the truth to the police inspector? Will Arshi be proved criminal or innocent?
