The episode starts with Gulab starts her drama and Nawab asks Heer why she is doing this. Nawab tells Heer that the mic is on and she has humiliated his mother in front of the business circle. Gulab tells Nawab that Heer can talk to her in the house and what she has got after humiliating her. Heer tells Nawab that his mother was humiliating her mother and Nawab tells Heer he knows everything. Heer tells Nawab that his mother sent Diljit’s alliance to her house and she demands to sign her the divorce papers. Gulab thinks that Nawab trusts Heer but in an improper way and Nawab tells Heer that his mother can’t do anything. Nawab asks Heer to prove it and just then Heer gives the proof to Nawab. Heer tells Nawab that Diljit will say to everyone who has told him to do such things and she takes Nawab and Gulab outside the club. Diljit tells Nawab that his wife told him and he changes the whole scenario. Diljit tells Nawab that Heer gives him safe passage to leave on the wedding day and Heer is helping him. Diljit tells Nawab that it was Heer’s plan to defame Gulab and Heer tells Nawab she is innocent. Gulab has planned with Diljit to accuse Heer for the conspiracy and in return Gulab will help Diljit. Tayaji gets angry at Heer and Heer tells Tayaji she can’t do these things. Diljit wants to leave and Tayaji tells the police to take away Diljit. Nawab tells Gulab he doesn’t know how to recognise people and he takes away his mother. Heer tells Nawab she is not lying and his mother is helping Diljit. Heer asks Nawab to see her and asks him to answer. Nawab gets annoyed and he tells Heer to stay away from him and his mother. Nawab sits in the car and he leaves without listening to Heer.
Nilu and Priti are leaving for their house and Sujit tells them they will not go anywhere. Nilu reminds Sujit about Nawab and Heer’s ultimatum. Sujit tells Nilu he got a job and he tells them to wait then he will tell them. Tayaji comes to Nilu and she asks him about Heer.
Nilu gives hope to Heer and doesn’t be upset. Nilu tells Heer her life will be changed and she asks her to celebrate her birthday. Heer tells Nilu that Papa ji is coming with the cake and Nilu tells Heer to cheer up. Dilip, Anmol and Koyal surprise Heer and Heer takes the blessings of Dilip. Anmol and Koyal wish Heer on her birthday and Dilip tells them to get the set-up ready. Anmol tells Dilip that Nawab doesn’t know it’s Heer’s birthday and just then Nawab gets a message from Anmol about Heer’s birthday. Buzzo asks Nawab to come for Heer’s birthday because Heer is waiting for her.
Dilip lit the candle and Koyal asked Heer to ask for a wish before she cut the cake. Suddenly Heer sees that Nawab has come for her cake cutting and he sings for her. Nawab gives the cake to Heer and wishes her. Nawab takes Heer for a special surprise and Heer asks Nawab for her gift. Nawab tells Heer this moment is very special and this is her gift. Nawab tells Heer only they are here to celebrate the happiness of her birthday and no one can snatch their happiness. Nawab shows the fireworks to Heer and he stands with her. Heer tells Nawab she likes her gifts and Nawab asks Heer to close her eyes for a special gift in which he kisses her but actually it’s Heer’s dream. Heer learns from Buzzo that Nawab didn’t come for her birthday.
Nawab is feeling restless and Buzzo wishes Heer on her birthday. Nawab sees that Buzzo and Koyal left. Dilip gives blessings to Heer and he asks her to take her gift.
Anmol wants to keep the cake and she asks Anmol to keep a slice for Nawab. Anmol keeps a slice of cake and she wishes her all the best. Heer keeps the cake on the table and she waits for Nawab.
Nawab wants to go inside and Heer is eagerly waiting for him. Nawab watches Heer from the window and Heer is waiting for him. Nawab talks to himself and asks him to go meet Heer.
Suddenly Tina comes to meet Nawab and she asks Gulab where Nawab is. Tina learns from Gulab that Nawab is in the outhouse.
Nawab quietly enters Heer’s room and he sees that she is sleeping.
