The episode starts with Aishwarya asking Hari to start the surgery. She don’t have time. Mannat thinks that Aishwarya may be bribed him. Hari recognised Mannat as Chef of Saluja. He refuses to do the surgery. She threatens him to do it. Hari asks Aishwarya how could she assume that Mannat’s liver is matching to her? Aishwarya asks him to do the work instead of questioning her. Hari informs Ravinder that he needs to take her blood to test whether her liver is matching to Aishwarya or not? Mannat is trying to see his face. Mallika informs Aishwarya that we have to execute their plan soon. She saw Aarambhi following her behind. She doesn’t know whether she was following her or not? She diverted her. She can’t alert Dhairya about her location. Aishwarya scolds Mallika for not informed her earlier about it.
Aishwarya suspects that Mannat may be aware of this plan? Mallika says that she don’t think Aarambhi was following her. Aishwarya suspects that Mannat already knew her plan. Arambhi receives a call from Mannat. Mannat says that today is the first day of duty, so she should come on time; otherwise, she will not help her. She asks Arambhi to come by 10 PM. Arambhi says she will try. She turns and sees Vishwas there. She covers up by saying she was talking to Radhika and cuts the call. Vishwas pins Arambhi and questions why she answered back to his mother. He says he felt hurt and calls her a loser without identity, adding that she should be thankful for giving her the Tandon name. Vishwas hurts Arambhi and says her behavior has changed after coming to Mumbai, and she needs to change it. Arambhi asks if she does not deserve respect. She says she respects the family but does not understand why everyone accuses her and mocks her middle-class background. She says he is her husband, yet he does not care about her respect. Arambhi says she now understands that she needs to stand up for herself, as he does not understand her. Vihaan comes and asks why they are fighting.
