The episode starts with Tulsi burns the gathbandhan and Noina asks Tulsi what she is doing. Noina’s dream is broken and everyone is shocked to see Tulsi taking the initiative to burn the gathbandhan. Munni tells Ritik that Maa will answer every question and Noina is shocked to know that Tulsi has burned the gathbandhan. Tulsi asks Noina about her disease and Noina tells Tulsi she has blood cancer. Tulsi shows the fake blood to Noina and Noina refuses to recognise. Tulsi tells Noina she is lying and she has a peptide ulcer. Tulsi tells Noina she is using the fake blood to show her fake cancer and Noina asks Tulsi why she is lying. Tulsi tells Noina she has talked to Dr Avinash and Noina finds it impossible because Dr Avinash is not in India. Tulsi tells Noina she has spoken to Dr Avinash and she starts raising questions to the hospital regarding two reports. Tulsi tells the nurse she will complain regarding the hospital and a doctor gets ready to give the number of Dr Avinash. Tulsi calls Dr Avinash and she asks him regarding two reports of Noina Sarabhai. Tulsi tells Noina she has spoken to Dr Avinash and she learns from him that Noina has only peptide ulcers. Tulsi thanks that doctor and she tells everyone about Noina’s reality. Noina tells everyone that Tulsi is lying and Mihir tells Noina to shut up because he will not trust Noina. Mihir tells Noina she has crossed the limit and he reminds her she is doing this for Tulsi. Mihir tells Noina he is doing drama for Tulsi and Mihir tells Noina that Tulsi has texted him everything about her. Mihir tells Noina he came back to the mandap for doing drama just to expose her and now everyone realizes that Noina is a fraudster. Noina tells Mihir that the doctor is lying and Tulsi calls the doctor directly. Tulsi tells Dr Avinash that someone wants to cheat a family and Dr Avinash that Noina doesn’t have blood cancer. Dr Avinash confirms peptide ulcer and after lots of investigation the report was negative. Dr Avinash tells Tulsi that Noina and Suchi know about the truth. Nandini tells Noina she has cheated Maa also and she doesn’t want to give her respect. Pari and Ritik also curse that moment when they meet her. Mihir tells Noina she and her sister are gone mad and they are playing with their emotions. Noina tries to explain but Mihir tells him to shut up and Tulsi stops him. Tulsi tells Noina her love was a conspiracy and she reminds her that Mihir wants to help her. Tulsi tells Noina that Mihir has given respect and what she gives him return was betrayal. Tulsi tells Noina that love wants sacrifice and Mihir is right in his place but he will not do anything. Tulsi tells Noina to see Ritik and Pari whose life she has destroyed and she requests her children to support her even if Mihir supports her. Tulsi tells Noina that Mihir doesn’t want to marry her but he agrees for her and she tells Noina this family knows the value of the relationship. Tulsi tells Noina she requested everyone and she tells Noina her family is not a fool. Tulsi tells Noina she doesn’t love Mihir and she wants Mihir forcefully in her life because she did drama. Tulsi tells Noina that her emotions have ended and she drags Noina outside the house. Suchi is unable to do anything and Tulsi throws Noina out of the house. Noina is unanswerable and she is completely shocked. Virani watches the moment and Noina tries to scare Tulsi but Tulsi tells Noina not to dare to show her eyes otherwise she will do anything to protect her family.
