,The episode starts with Dev telling the doctors that Babli is alive, and he also shows her blood as proof. Abhir tells Dev that this might be Babli’s identical twin who is pretending to be a ghost. Dev tells Abhir that he watches too many movies and comments on his theory. Dev says that they have to find out the truth about this Babli. Sunny says that they will question the Tiwari family to find out whether Babli is dead or alive. Dev stops Sunny and tells him that there is no use in doing that because the Tiwari family has convinced themselves that Babli is dead and that Babli’s ghost has possessed Satendra. Shristi says that Satendra’s guilt has given them a lot of information about Babli. She tells Vani that they need to check the CCTV footage for clues about Babli. Vani agrees.
The next day, Satendra behaves as if he is possessed by Babli. Babli, through Satendra, says that today is the new moon day and that she will take him with her. Dev, Vani, and Abhir come to Satendra’s room and see him talking to himself. Dev convinces Satendra and Babli to eat food so that they can stay healthy. Satendra and Babli agree.
Sunny talks to Dev, Vani, and Girish about Satendra’s condition. Shristi arrives and tells everyone that they can reduce Satendra’s guilt by bringing Babli in front of him. She shows everyone CCTV footage proving that Babli is alive. Dev notices the bracelet on Babli’s hand and recalls seeing the same bracelet on jeweller Rana’s hand.
Dev checks the CCTV footage and confirms that Rana has a connection with the Tiwari family. Dev thinks that the bracelet belongs to an ashram and decides to investigate it. Shristi tells Dev that she will go with him.
Shristi and Dev reach the ashram. They ask the receptionist about Babli and eventually meet Babli and Rana there.
Dev asks Babli why she pretended to be dead. Babli tells Dev and Shristi about the suffering she endured in the Tiwari house. She says that when she fell off the cliff, everyone assumed that she had died, and later she went to her uncle Rana’s house to stay with him. Rana says that Babli’s father had asked him to take care of her and that he was the one who arranged Babli and Satendra’s marriage. However, he never expected the Tiwari family to make Babli suffer and comments on their behavior.
Dev asks Babli about the story behind the locker key that Satendra wears around his neck.
It is shown that the Tiwari family decided to use all of Babli’s jewellery for Preeti’s wedding. Babli asks them not to use one particular necklace because it is a memento from her mother. The Tiwari family refuses and locks all the jewellery in a locker.
Rana says that Babli only wanted that necklace, so he approached the Tiwari family and offered them a 50% discount on jewellery-making charges in exchange for the necklace. However, they never contacted him. When he came to the hospital, he learned that Satendra was supposedly possessed by Babli’s ghost.
Babli tells Dev and Shristi that she loves her husband very much, which is why she came to the hospital to check on him. Rana says that he made the lights flicker so that if anyone saw Babli, they would assume she was a ghost. Babli later asks Dev whether Satendra will ever get better.
The episode ends.
Precap: Dev learns that he bought an engagement ring from Rana.

The mystery surrounding Babli’s ghost has finally been solved, but several questions about the Tiwari family and the locker key still remain unanswered.
Babli’s emotional backstory adds depth to her character and makes her reunion with Satendra highly anticipated.
With Dev now connected to Rana through the engagement ring, the upcoming episodes could bring another major revelation.
