Shivaay says he does not apologize because he did nothing wrong. Sonam says it is a waste of time talking to her brother and takes Suraj inside. Nandish asks Shivaay what Aadhya’s mistake was. Shivaay says he has no issue with her, but he stands by his principles and confronted Baldev. He adds that Aadhya left without knowing the truth. His friends say that he shouted at Baldev in front of everyone, and since Aadhya is his daughter, her reaction was natural. Shivaay says he stands by his principles and does not care about anything else.
Baldev and Aadhya return home. Vivaan feels happy seeing his father and asks how he survived in that chawl. Baldev says he went there for his daughter’s happiness. Pallavi comes and asks why they returned home so soon. Baldev asks if she is unhappy about their return. Yash arrives and says, “Back to the pavilion.” He adds that he came after seeing an online video in which Shivaay accused Baldev in the market.

Baldev slaps him and says he knows Yash tried to defame him and his daughter. He orders him to leave the house and calls him a joker. The family throws him out. Yash thinks that they have not seen his real face yet and that he will soon reveal it.
Shivaay files a police complaint against Baldev. Aadhya starts working in the kitchen. Pallavi comes to her and says she can see that Aadhya is only pretending to be happy and asks what is bothering her. Baldev arrives and asks what is going on. Baldev agrees and leaves, saying he will book the tickets. Later, Aadhya secretly misses Shivaay and cries while recalling their moments together.
After three days, Baldev and his family are about to leave for their Goa trip when Baldev receives a call from the police station. He is informed that Shivaay has filed an FIR against him and that he must report to the station immediately. Baldev tells Aadhya and the family that the Goa trip is no longer possible because the inspector has called him to the Kannauj police station. Aadhya says she will accompany him, and Baldev agrees.
Baldev arrives at the police station. The inspector says that Shivaay has filed a case against him, claiming that Baldev caused losses to his shop, perfume factory, and garage, and put many people at risk. Baldev asks if there is any evidence. The inspector calls the affected people for questioning. They state that their problems were caused by other reasons and not because of Shivaay. They clarify that the perfume did not cause any issues, the ration problem was unrelated, and the accident was not caused by a vehicle repaired by Shivaay.
Baldev says that his name has now been cleared. He tells Aadhya that he trusted Shivaay, but Shivaay betrayed that trust. He says that he and Shivaay may never trust each other again. Baldev tells Aadhya that if she believes nothing wrong happened to him, she should stay with Shivaay. However, if she feels he was wronged, he will wait for her in the car.
