Seeing her son in trouble, Renuka finally agrees to help him. She decides to mortgage the family house and hands over the property documents to Tejas. However, there is a major obstacle in their plan. Paresh’s signature is required for the paperwork, and both Renuka and Tejas know that he would never agree to mortgage the house if he learned the truth. To avoid involving him, Tejas secretly practices copying his father’s signature. While this conversation is taking place, Sayali happens to be nearby. She overhears a few parts of their discussion but cannot fully understand what they are planning.
The following day, an unexpected incident nearly exposes their secret. Paresh comes across a sheet of paper on which Tejas had been practicing his signature. Renuka immediately becomes nervous. She fears that if Paresh examines the paper carefully, he will realize that someone has been attempting to imitate his signature. Fortunately for her, she manages to distract him and prevents him from looking too closely at the evidence.
Later that day, Renuka, Tejas, and Mandira visit the office of a businessman who has agreed to provide Tejas with a loan using the Deshmukh house as security. Everything appears to be proceeding smoothly until a sudden power outage interrupts the process. The office is plunged into darkness for a short time. When the electricity returns, Renuka signs the necessary documents without any suspicion. During the confusion caused by the blackout, Mandira and the businessman secretly replace the original bond papers with different documents, carrying out a hidden scheme without Renuka’s knowledge.
After leaving the office, the trio is unexpectedly spotted by Sayali. She is surprised to see Mandira standing comfortably with Renuka and Tejas. The tension in the house soon takes another turn when Paresh suddenly starts feeling unwell. Instead of accepting responsibility for the stress caused by the secret dealings, Renuka blames Sayali. She accuses her of bringing negative energy into the household and claims that all the recent troubles have started because of her presence.
