The episode starts with Nandhini showing the video recording of Venba asking madipitchai and doing angapradakshinam. Everyone look shocked. Kalai asks if she did morphing to trap Venba. Nandhini says she’s not that rich to do morphing. She zooms the video and shows to them. Saradha says it can’t be Venba. Her upbringing can never go wrong.
Nandhini says she never questioned her upbringing in fact she had gave Venba good values that she went to the temple and did parigaram. Just then Venba come back home. Saradha and Shanmugam question Venba where she went. Nandhini says not to threaten her. She already did the madipitchai with the fear of getting caught.
Venba and Sevandhi get shocked. Shanmugam slaps Venba. The latter cries. He asks to tell the truth. Venba admits she went to the temple. Saradha asks why she went to the temple. She asks if she asked padipichai. Shanmugam is about to slap Venba again. Saradha stops him. Venba says she’s always in Saradha’s side.
Nandhini interrupts saying Venba means even when Saradha will be ready to get Venba married to Kavin she will be on her side. Shanmugam beats Venba asking to tell for whom she asked madipitchai. Venba cries. She says she did for Kavin.
Kalai questions if she’s Kavin’s wife to do the ritual. Venba cries remembering her marriage. Sevandhi says Ravi informed that Kavin was critical. That time a girl came to our house asking for madipitchai. Saradha asks if that lady didn’t tell only wife will do this ritual. Venba cries saying she didn’t think about all this. She only wanted to save Kavin’s life.
Kalai asks if she loves Kavin. Venba looks shocked. Saradha and Shanmugam angrily ask her to tell the truth. Venba says she’s the one who brought him to the hospital. She saw him lying on the pool of blood. He always stood by her side. Venba says she knows Saradha wants Yazhini and Kavin’s marriage she will never go against her and do anything will bring shame. Saradha asks then why he didn’t tell them about it.
Venba apologizes for that. There’s nothing wrong in saving a life. Nandhini asks what’s the need for her to do all this, when Yazhini is there. Venba shouts she did wrong by doing the ritual. She doesn’t know wife has to do all this, but now she got to know. She apologizes and leaves. Saradha stops her.
Saradha says her promise of uniting Kavin and Yazhini is still alive and the same way she hopes her(Venba) promise to be on her side is also alive. Venba nods yes. She goes to her room. She cries holding the thaali. Mallika harms herself by placing her finger in the fire. Gowri stops her. Gowri and Dharma ask why she’s harming herself.
Mallika says she shouldn’t forget whatever happened till she take revenge on Saradha. She destroyed her longtime dream which is Kavin’s marriage. She will never forget what happened and will never forgive her. Gowri and Dharma says this isn’t the correct time and asks her to patience. Gowri gives lunch box for Kavin and Yazhini. Venba is crying holding the thaali. Nandhini is coming to Venba’s room to see what she’s doing.
