Episode begins with Preesha tries to stop Mahima from leaving the house and says she will talk to Rudraksh because if they go court then everything will be destroyed. Saaransh comes there and asks why Preesha crying and where Mahima going with her luggage. Mahima says she is going to stay in Gopal’s house. He says she came here to stay with him then why she is leaving now and asks if she left then who will play with him, who will help her in his studies and says she can’t leave this house and tells Preesha to stop her.
Mahima says she is going just for few days then they both will stay together always. He gets confused hearing her. She says he said he likes to live with her so she prepared everything for that . He says says he can stay with her, Preesha and Rudraksh always. Mahima says she is leaving for now but will meet him soon.
He says he will miss her a lot. She hugs him and leaves from there. Preesha thinks she is going to lose even if Mahima wins or Rudraksh wins in the court because she knows that they can’t live without Saaransh that’s why she is against this court idea.
In court, Rudraksh’s lawyer says Rudraksh is Saaransh’s legal father and Mahima wants his custody just because she is his biological mother but she is unfit because her mental condition is not good and she was in mental asylum for seven years and she is getting treatment still.
Mahima’s lawyer gives the latest report of Mahima to Judge and says she is normal like everyone now. Mahima says she wants to say something. Judge gives permission to her. She says she agrees that her mental condition was not good but now she is totally fine and Saaransh only cured her illness and pleads him to give Saaransh’s custody to her. Rudraksh says Saaransh loves him more and asks where was Mahima till now and says he adopted him so no one talks bad about his son and pleads him to not separate his son from him because he is his life.
Mahima’s lawyer tells about the recent incident and says Saaransh jumped from window because of Balraj. Balraj says that was just an accident. Mahima’s lawyer says Saaransh is not safe in Khurana’s house and he is still kid so he can’t stay away from his mother so his client should get Saaransh’s custody. Rudraksh’s lawyer acts like he is not well just to get time to think what to do.
Later he informs Rudraksh, Balraj that Mahima would have got Saaransh’s custody today that’s why he acted in the court. Yuvraj assures Gopal that Mahima will get Saaransh’s custody. Gopal asks Mahima that did she thought about Preesha. She says she knows that what all Preesha did for her but nothing matters for her than Saaransh’s life and she is doing right by fighting for his custody. Rudraksh says he leaving this country with Saaransh.
Preesha says its illegal and he can’t go out of country because case going on still. He says he is going to lose the case and asks who will stop him. She says she will stop him. He says blames her for everything and yells at her saying he just wants Saaransh. Next day she informs everything to Sharda, Balraj. Balraj says he will talk to Rudraksh about this. They shocks knowing Rudraksh, Saaransh missing in the house.
