The episode starts with Arun informing Parvathi that Akhila talked to Adhi. Parvathi is glad. He then tells about how Akhila confidently told to the reporters her son will prove her innocence. He adds about Akhila’s decision of ending her life if Adhi fails. Parvathi gets worried. Arun reassures Parvathi. The latter share the same with Janu. She also expresses her fear about the broken glass. She decides to meet Guruji to ask if there’s any parigaram. Janu accompanies Parvathi.
Guruji tells Akhila changed family’s tradition so that she got into the trouble. Parvathi asks for any parigaram to save Akhila. Guruji says she has to do Jeevasamathi pooja. She has to do the pooja sitting inside a closed pit for 12 hours. She has to perform the pooja removing her thali. Parvathi agrees to do the pooja.
Arun, Purushotaman and Aishwarya are discussing. They wonder how Adhi is going to prove Akhila’s innocence. They become silent seeing Akhila coming downstairs. Vanaja watches them from upstairs. Akhila confidently says that Adhi will make everything fine. Just then Perumal comes there. Seeing Perumal hesitating to speak, Akhila asks what’s the matter.
Perumal says it’s about Akhila. The latter asks if he wants to talk about the case. She then says Adhi told her that he will prove her innocence within 24 hours. Perumal says he’s glad to hear the same. He further tells that Parvathi is going to do a rigid pooja to save Akhila. Everyone asks what kind of pooja.
Perumal tells the pooja that Parvathi is going to perform is called Jeevasamadhi pooja like Yogi’s used to perform. He explains how the pooja will be done. He adds she’s going do it tonight. He tried to explain Parvathi but she is adamant to do the pooja in order to save Akhila. Everyone looks on shocked except Vanaja who is overjoyed. Perumal takes leave.
Everyone looks worried thinking about Parvathi. Akhila goes upstairs without uttering a word. Vanaja apprises Nandhini and Duraimanikam about Parvathi’s pooja. She tells Parvathi shouldn’t come alive after performing the pooja. Otherside Akhila will kill herself after Adhi will fail. She gets overjoyed. Vanaja finds Nandhini lost and aska what happened. Nandhini says she’s worried about Adhi.
Vanaja says she needs not worry because he’s not here. Nandhini says Adhi got the stay warrant for Akhila’s arrest warrant inspite of being in Hyderabad, so they should be more careful. Duraimanikam says there’s no need to worry about Adhi. Indumadhi is in their custody so Adhi doesn’t have any evidence to prove Akhila’s is innocent. Vanaja also agrees with him.
Nandhini says they shouldn’t take Adhi lightly as Akhila’s family reputation is at stake. Nandhini says they should think if they left any loopholes. Duraimanikam assures her they didn’t leave any such loophole. Nanadhini asks about the person who had supplied drug to them. Duraimanikam assures her that Adhi can’t reach the drug dealer. Otherside it’s shown that Adhi beats a boy.
