Episode begins with Gautam tries to get out from the car and shouts for help. Few people comes there and helps him to come out. Yuvraj waits to hear blast sound and thinks what if he too escapes like Neerja and gets excited hearing blast sound. He decides to ask money to Mahima so calls her and informs about the blast and says he wants his ten lakhs. She says he will get it and disconnects the call. She smiles thinking Rudraksh,
Preesha planned to expose her but now they can’t do anything against her. Sharda informs them about Preesha’s condition. Rudraksh gets worried for her then realises that Mahima standing beside him and says he hates Preesha now so he won’t go to hospital to meet her and says Yuvraj is there to take care of her.
Saaransh cries and asks him to accompany him to hospital to meet Preesha. Mahima consoles him and says they will go to meet Preesha and tells Rudraksh that even though Preesha did wrong with her still she is her sister so she wants to meet her. Sharda says Saaransh can’t go there. Mahima tells him to stay in the house and leaves the house with Rudraksh. Doctor asks Gopal that how it happened with Preesha. Gopal says when they saw she was laying on the floor unconscious and gives the box which was there beside her.
Rudraksh, Mahima reaches hospital and meets Preesha. People admits Gautam in the same hospital. Gopal asks Doctor that what happened to Preesha. Doctor says the box had poisoned gas because of that only she lost her consciousness and they brought her here on time so they saved her and she will gain consciousness soon. Gopal says they should give police complaint because that person deserves punishment for sending that parcel to Preesha. Mahima says he is right. Gopal says Vasudha is so tired and takes her and Mahima from there and tells Rudraksh to stay there.
Once they leaves Rudraksh locks the door and cries holding Preesha’s hand and says without her his life is incomplete and tells her to open the eyes for him and Saaransh. Later Preesha regains her consciousness and tells her family about the parcel she got but she doesn’t remember what happened after that.
Gopal informs her about chemical gas. Police inspector comes there and asks does she know Gautam. Preesha lies saying she doesn’t know him. He tells her to remember well because her number is there in his call history. He informs about Gautam’s car accident. Preesha thinks what if Mahima is behind this accident and prays for Gautam. Mahima asks about Gautam’s condition.
Police inspector says he survived and says he is admitted in this hospital only which shocks her. Gopal tells him what happened to Preesha. Police inspector says they are waiting for Gautam to regain his consciousness then they will know the truth. Mahima calls Yuvraj and informs him that Gautam is still alive and tells him to kill him. Preesha says Mahima is behind Gautam’s accident and wonders how she got to know about Gautam. Yuvraj asks them that why they didn’t inform him about Preesha. Mahima reminds him that he has to kill Gautam.
