Episode starts with Tulasi asks how can he appoint her as manager when her education is not suitable for it. Rohit says I handle crores of business and I know the capacity of person. Tulasi says she can’t do it. Rohit says you’re underestimating your talent and I take this decision after thinking everything.
Lasya says Tulasi is not interested than why you’re compelling her and I’m not understanding why you’re appointing her because she don’t know anything and why can’t you give that job opportunity to me because I’m well educated. Rohit says you proved your ethics are poor by wanting to snatch others opportunity and ethics are more important than education and Tulasi thinks for society before her that’s why I’m appointing her and you’re no match for Tulasi. Lasya gets angry.
Rohit asks kids to encourage their Mom. Kids asks Tulasi to accept the offer saying she can do it. Bhagya feels frustrated. Rohit asks Tulasi to believe her strength. Tulasi agrees to join the job. Kids claps for her happily. Nandu feels jealous. Rohit leaves after wishing all the best to Tulasi.
Lasya, Bhagya , Anasuya assembles at one place. Bhagya says undereducated like Tulasi got manager post when educated like Lasya lost her job. Lasya asks her to don’t remind it. Bhagya says nothing left to us and I’m frustrated seeing Tulasi fate. Anasuya says stop it because I’m unable to digest thus change. Bhagya says Tulasi life going to be changed so don’t expect she will listen to your words like before.
Lasya asks where Nandu is going. Nandu says he is going to congratulate Tulasi for her new job. Lasya says why to congratulate her? Tell me do you think Tulasi is correct for Manager position? Rohit insulted me when I asked him to appoint me as Manager and Tulasi may badmouth about me Infront of Rohit that’s why this insult happened to me, Tulasi is planning against me but you want to congratulate her. Nandu says she is overthinking. Anasuya supports Lasya and asks her son to think about it. Nandu says Tulasi finally got good opportunity and asks them to think positively and he leaves.
Abhi plans to take Rohit help for their career. Ankita says it’s not good. Abhi says Rohit uncle won’t deny if Mom asks him so let’s do it in that way. Ankita is reluctant but Abhi is adamant. Divya asks her Mom why she is stiching clothes even after getting big job. Tulasi says I’m daughter in law and mother to my kids so I won’t forget my responsibilities. Divya says true and asks her mom for big party. Tulasi agrees.
Abhi says Mom you’re lucky to get this position for your education. Ankita says it’s like you’re mocking Aunt. Abhi says don’t take it negatively because I’m saying in positive way and he asks her Mom to take Rohit help to send them to foreign for their further education. Tulasi says let me join and know if that job set to me and I feel it’s not good to take his help now itself. Abhi insists her. Tulasi tells him she will asks when time comes. Abhi thanks her.
