Episode starts with Virat pushing everyone and he starts running. Parmeet calls him loudly but he doesn’t listen to anyone. Heer gets inside the car and Biji informs her maid that she will prepare food for Heer. Akshay hesitates before entering. In the meantime Virat sees Heer from outside. He follows the car calling her name. Heer is unaware of that. He touches the car but couldn’t stop it. Virat falls down while running. Heer feels something and turns around. Virat gets hurt and Heer sees no one. Virat again gets up and starts running barefooted.
Archana enjoys eating ice cream and when she sees Biji’s car. She starts her acting and welcomes Heer showing fake care. She thanks matarani. Biji taunts Archana and Heer gets inside. Virat reaches Kaul Villa and sees nobody is in car.
Biji says to Heer that she should take care of herself more than others right now. Virat starts knocking at the door recklessly. He feels uneasy. Heer opens the door and she looks around but there’s noone. Harak and Preeto stop Virat and he gets unconscious cause of chloroform. Harak says sorry to Virat for doing this. Preeto says she has sympathy for Virat. She will help him as well but she can’t allow him to enter Heer’s life again.
Heer sees Kuhu is smiling. She talks about her doubts that Akshay is behaving weirdly. She recalls that Akshay yelled at the lady doctor. Kuhu kicks her and Preeto Harak notice Heer is standing near window. They hide and leave with Virat.
Akshay comes to Heer and she asks him is there something he is worried about? Akshay says Heer will not go outside from now. Heer gets surprised.
Parmeet asks Preeto where did they see Virat? Harak says Virat was running madly on road and he had to give him medicine so that he gets unconscious. Sant thanks Harak. Parmeet says they are doing drama. Virat needs proper treatment. Preeto says Heer won’t pay for this. She says I genuinely want Virat gets alright but not this way. Sant agrees and says everyone should deal with their own problems. Virat murmurs Heer you are alive. Parmeet says to Sant if Heer will not come then how will Virat get better ?
Heer questions Akshay why she can’t go outside? He can’t make her a prisoner. Akshay tells she will tell others before going anywhere. He then asks where did she go today and why she lied about that. Heer doesn’t find words and says she didn’t lie. Akshay then shows her the Saul and she gets shocked.
