Episode begins with Ahana says if Duplicate Rudraksh’s face matching with Rudraksh accurately then she is sure that Mahima would have took him to any plastic surgeon. She says Mahima would have approached best plastic surgeon only and she knows almost all the Doctors. Preesha thanks her for helping them and hugs her. Ahana thinks she is helping just to throw Mahima out of the house and she don’t want to see Saaransh’s face again because he will keep reminding Rajeev’s betrayal to her. They visits all the Doctors one by one.
Sharda notices that Saaransh sitting sadly and asks what happened to him. He says he is missing Rudraksh so much. She asks how can he miss him when he did so much wrong things. He says he loves Rudraksh so much and he send him to jail too. She says Rudraksh deserves to receive the punishment for the crime he did. He says Preesha taught him to say truth always that’s why he told the truth to Police but if he stayed silent then Rudraksh would not have went to jail. She says he did the right thing by telling the truth. He says he wants to meet Rudraksh and want to apologize to him and asks her to take him to Rudraksh. She refuses to take him there. He says he will go alone if no one takes him there then. She agrees to take him there.
Preesha finds the Doctor who helped Mahima but he lies to them and she plans to trap him so he can confess the truth. In jail, Saaransh meets Rudraksh and apologize to him and cries. Rudraksh says he did the right thing by telling the truth and asks him to not cry and says both saying the truth. Saaransh asks how is that possible. Rudraksh thinks he can’t tell the truth to him now and says it’s difficult situation for them but soon everyone will get to know that he didn’t kill Balraj. He says he misses Sharda so much and tells him to take care of her. Sharda overhears their conversation and takes Saaransh from there.
Doctor was about to delete the records of Duplicate Rudraksh’s surgery but Preesha caught him red handed. He refuses to give details so Ahana threatens to call Police. He tells the truth to them and agrees to give statement to Police. Preesha informs about Doctor to Police inspector. Police inspector says Mahima can easily escape and they needs to find the Duplicate Rudraksh. He tells them to take care of Doctor’s safety. Ahana says they can hide the Doctor in her father’s house.
Preesha and Saaransh goes to temple to pray for Rudraksh. They gets chole bhature as prasad and Preesha finds a way to catch Duplicate Rudraksh because Rudraksh told her that Kidnapper used to give chole bhature to him. Next day, she meets Rudraksh and feeds the chole bhature to him and asks him that the taste is same or not.
