Episode starts with Kusum telling about going to abroad along with Aastha to KT and Preeti while Preeti gets shocked and her eyes filled with tears. She ask Kusum to take her along with them stating that what she will do without Kusum as she needs her. Kusum calms Preeti making her understand that she will soon come back. KT smiles at Kusum and says that she is really dear to him, She smiles back and replies that she will miss him. Kusum teases Preeti to change her mood and goes inside to meet the Tibrewals.
She gives gift to Neelima and ask her not to send it to the servants. She laughs while Neelima avoids her eye contact. She says that these gifts will remind Neelima about her. She bids bye to everyone while Neel clicks their pictures. Kusum goes towards Priyanka and makes her understand about her responsibilities. She ask her to do whatever Preeti will say as Preeti can never teach her anything wrong while Priyanka nods with teary eyes ( Emotional tune plays) Priyanka requests her to come back soon while Kusum nods assuring her.
At night KT looks at Preeti and thinks about whether to ask her to sleep with him on the same bed or not? While Preeti also gets confused about where to sleep? She thinks if she herself will go to sleep next to KT then he may can get wrong signal. She remembers Neelima’s words about having a child and gets nervous. KT and Preeti collided with eachother being lost in their thoughts and then moves away.
Preeti keeps putting cream on her hands while KT focuses on his laptop. KT looks at Preeti telling her that she have already applied the cream three times on her hands. He supress his laugh while she replies that his laptop’s battery is dead and ask him that what is he doing with the blank screen? He shuts the laptop immediately while both laughs at one another. They shares their turmoil while KT gives his hand to Preeti bringing her into the bed. They both sits happily besides eachother.
KT suggests an idea to make some bedroom rules and ask Preeti to tell hers. Preeti takes a pen and diary to write it while he laughs and puts it away stating that he will remember all the rules and encourage her to say. She thinks and smiles saying the first rule that is they won’t sleep without solving their issues. KT smiles back nodding to her and ask about the second rule.
Preeti tells that they won’t come to the bed wearing sleeper, KT looks at his leg and removes his footwear. She continues the third rule asking him to control his movements during sleeping. He denies to move in sleep but Preeti looks at him, He nods agreeing to all her rules. Preeti ask him about his rules, To which he says that they will call eachother with their names without adding “Ji”.
He ask her to call himself only KT while she smiles saying it. He says about his second rule that is they will kiss before going to sleep. He goes near her while she gets shy. He kisses her forehead (Hum Tum plays) KT and Preeti sleeps looking towards eachother and gets close. KT switches off the light while Preeti gazes him.
In the morning Preeti wakes up and remembers their moment. She sees their hands entangled and smiles. She kisses KT’s forehead and shields him from the sunrays.
Later on Neelima takes Preeti to the doctor while Preeti wipes her sweat being nervous. The doctor tells them that there are many ways to conceive while Neelima states that they want Preeti and KT’s child only. Doctor says that in this age it will be difficult for Preeti to become a mother and advice them about surrogacy but Neelima denies saying that Preeti will only give birth to KT’s child.
On the other side Sheena shows the venue to KT while a lady comes there and forcefully handovers her baby to KT. He tries to stop her and ask her to take the baby back but she shouts at him asking to keep his baby.
She states that this is his baby and ask him to take care of it. She goes from there hurridly while baby starts crying. KT pacifies the baby and makes it sleep. At that time Preeti comes there and adores KT. He told her about the happening that how the lady have left the baby. Preeti smiles seeing KT Caring about the child and determines herself to bless him with his own baby.
Precap:- Doctor calls Preeti and tells her that she is suffering from ovarian cancer.Doctor says that she can’t become a mother in this condition and states that she have very less time with her while Preeti gets shocked.
