Episode starts with the manager of the hospital calling Vipul and telling him that he is in Rawals house. He gives the phone to Nandini in order to talk to Toral’s family, but Vipul hurridly cuts the call being scared. Nandini feels suspicious and demands to have a talk with him before sending Toral to the mental hospital. The manager again calls Vipul, while he again cuts the call and switches it off on Rajvi’s suggestion. They worries thinking what if Nandini and Darsh gets to learn about their secret. Meanwhile, Nandini proclaims to meet Toral’s family before sending her away. The manager leaves, while Rajvi and Vipul comes there.
Here, Darsh notify his parents about the matter. Vipul states that they have to send Toral to any of the hospital. Whereas, Rajvi takes Nandini’s side and says that she is right. She allows Toral to stay in the house. Later, Jhilmil takes care of Toral. She sees the Puja vessel in Toral’s hand and tries to take it away, but Toral denies to give it back. Jhilmil gets hurt while trying to snatch it at that time Rajvi comes there and tries to make Toral understand.
Rajvi tries to get the vessel but Toral gets furious and unintentionally hurts herself. At that time Nandini and Darsh comes there, while Rajvi apprises them about the matter. Nandini tries to take the vessel away, but Toral stays adamant and says that it’s her vessel. Later, Nandini takes her away along with herself.
Elsewhere, Rajvi shares her worry with Vipul regarding Toral’s memory. She says that she is tensed as she can see Toral getting her memories back and states that they have to send her away. Whereas, Charmi calls Mrs. Patel and informs her that Rajvi is scared about Toral getting her memory back and says that she will keep informing her about the situation.
Nandini makes Toral ready and takes her downstairs. She remembers the flashback where Darsh made her understand that they have to send Toral to the hospital for her own good. Nandini convinces Toral to go and says that she will also come with her. She promises that doctor won’t cut her hair. A nurse takes Toral away, while latter keeps shouting for Nandini to come along with her.
Ahead, Nandini feels sad after Toral’s departure while Darsh consoles her. He thinks that Nandini is such a caring human being. Meanwhile, Darsh makes Vini study and have funny arguments with her, while Nandini watches them and gets emotional thinking that he would have been a great father.
Charmi and Shobhit have an argument and Darsh notices Shobhit sad. He ask about the matter, while Shobhit says that Charmi have no other option except for giving birth to his child, he feels bad for her and promises to be a good father. While, Darsh assures him and says that he will talk to Charmi and will make her understand.
Further, Darsh goes to Nandini and notify that Toral is creating havoc without her. They goes downstairs and meets the doctor, who informs that Toral denies to stay without Nandini so that is why they bought her back. Charmi ask Nandini to keep Toral along with her and smirks thinking that by doing so, she will be able to learn about Rajvi’s secret.
Nandini informs Rajvi about Toral staying with them, while latter scolds her. Nandini tries to make Rajvi understand but she sends her away. Ahead, everyone gathers in Toral’s room hearing her cry. Nandini informs that she is crying seeing the tag which is used to tied on new born babies. Shobhit and Darsh consoles Toral, while Rajvi and Vipul gets shocked seeing their care. Nandini gets suspicious and thinks that why Rajvi denied to keep Toral in their house.
