Mehek asks the Thakur family if they know why Raghav got bail for Yuvraj. Kavya asks Mehek the reason, and Mehek reveals that it is because Yuvraj is her husband. She says she was raised to believe that a husband is like a god, but her husband is a demon who killed her own brother, Aman. Mehek admits to the Thakur family that she has become selfish, which is why she asked Raghav to get Yuvraj out of jail. Chandraman promises Mehek that she will not be disrespected in this house, and Kavya agrees.
Rati reprimands Mehek for becoming selfish and getting bail for Yuvraj. She asks Mehek if she has forgotten that Yuvraj killed her brother Aman. Rati criticizes Yuvraj, saying he is just like his father. Kavya tries to stop Rati, but Rati then turns her anger toward Kavya as well.
Padma calls Mehek and criticizes her for wanting to continue her marital life with Yuvraj—the man who previously tried to molest her and killed Aman. Padma warns Mehek that she will make Yuvraj suffer just as he made her suffer in the past. Mehek tells Padma to be careful with her words.

Chandraman asks Yuvraj and Kavya to leave. He feels humiliated by Rati’s behavior and vows to kill everyone responsible for this humiliation, including Anjali and others. Rati returns and tells Chandraman that if he manages to kill Anjali, she will bow her head before him—but she knows he will never be able to do it.
Anjali returns to the basti. Padma asks if she has heard that Yuvraj and the others have been released on bail, and Anjali says she has. Padma warns her to be careful, and Anjali agrees.
Anjali receives a call from Raghav and answers it. Raghav mocks her, saying he secured bail for Yuvraj and the others within two minutes. Anjali reminds him that Yuvraj killed Aman, yet he still chose to defend him. Raghav responds that Aman is dead, while Mehek is alive, and he got bail for Yuvraj for her sake. Anjali argues back, saying that while he may fight for Mehek’s husband, she will fight for justice for her own husband and ensure that Yuvraj is punished.
Gini approaches Anjali and thanks her for not marrying Abhay. Pradeep and Stepney warn Anjali to be cautious, suggesting it could be a deception. Gini tells them they do not understand a woman’s heart. She expresses her gratitude to Anjali and promises to repay her in the future. Gini says her only goal now is to win Abhay’s heart. She also comments on how both she and Anjali have failed in love. As Gini prepares to leave, Anjali hugs her, and they comfort each other.
