Dharan, the hospital supervisor, comes to Pankaj and Padma. Dharan tells them that the patient’s condition is critical and that a heart transplant is needed. Pankaj agrees and gives another ₹50 lakhs for the treatment. Dharan says they need to arrange more money. Pankaj agrees and asks him to just save the patient. Dharan agrees and leaves.

Nivedita asks Gini to give Ganesh a sponge bath and clean his potty pot. Gini hesitates at first but eventually agrees. Gini asks Nivedita if her husband does not say anything about her living there. Nivedita replies that he doesn’t because she does not live with criminals.
Gini shouts at Nivedita. Nivedita tells Gini that it seems she still hasn’t changed.
