Anjali tells Bhajan that it will take her 15 minutes to leave the court premises and asks him to stay there until then. Bhajan questions why. Anjali says that if she sees him outside the court, she’ll beat him up, and he’ll slap a legal section on her—then she’ll hit him again, and he’ll charge another section. She jokes that this will keep repeating, so it’s better for him to stay there. She reminds Bhajan that as long as she is around, no one can harm Raghav. She then tells Raghav they should leave. Raghav agrees and walks away. Anjali watches him go, tears welling in her eyes.
Ganesh asks Anjali why she’s crying. She says she feels bad for Raghav—he’s completely shattered. Ganesh tells her that one day, he’s sure Raghav’s eyes will search only for her. But first, they need to save him. Anjali says before saving Raghav, they have to save Padma—anyone could attack her at any moment. She and Ganesh leave. Meanwhile, a lawyer taunts Bhajan, saying he should never mess with a wounded lion.
Elsewhere, Gaurav catches a ward boy trying to suffocate Padma with a pillow. Gaurav shouts for help, and the ward boy flees. Gaurav calls the doctor, who rushes to Padma’s room. The doctor examines her and says if they had been a little later, Padma could have died.
Furious, Gaurav confronts the police officer assigned to guard Padma and asks where he was. The cop says he went to the washroom. Gaurav scolds him, asking why he didn’t assign another officer to keep watch. He accuses the cop of being part of a pre-planned setup, allowing the attacker to strike while he was conveniently absent.
Just then, Aman calls Gaurav and gives him the good news—Raghav has been granted bail. Gaurav is relieved, praises Anjali, and asks Aman to tell her to come to the hospital immediately.
