The episode starts with Abhay going to Anjali’s room at night and asking her to send Gini out of the house. He tells Anjali how much he loves her and says he is sure that Gini has come with an agenda. Abhay thinks Anjali has accepted him and hugged him, but the real Anjali arrives and calls out to him. Abhay then realizes that it was actually Gini who had dressed like Anjali and hugged him.
Abhay confronts Gini, asking why she did not say a word while he was talking to her, thinking she was Anjali. He reprimands her. Gini lashes out at both Abhay and Anjali, accusing them of having an illicit affair. Anjali clarifies that she would never go to Abhay and comments on Gini’s accusation. Gini tells Anjali that she does not believe them. Anjali then asks Gini why she has come there.
Raghav arrives and asks Anjali to send Gini out of the house, saying that otherwise she will create conflict within the family and ruin their relationships. Anjali warns Gini not to do anything that would force her to send her out. Gini apologizes to Anjali, saying she has become blind in Abhay’s love. Anjali forgives her and asks everyone to go and eat. Raghav asks Anjali to join them, but she refuses, saying that Dharamraj’s dark deeds will be exposed in the newspaper the next day and that she wants to see his reaction.
The next day, Yuvraj shows the newspapers to Dharamraj and tells him that Anjali has destroyed his reputation by exposing his hospital corruption. Members of the Rajvanshi family and others tell Dharamraj that they made a mistake by allowing Anjali to live. Kavya suggests that Dharamraj use Gini to kill Anjali, as he has planted her in the Awasthi house. Dharamraj agrees and says he will use Gini to kill Anjali that very day.
Padma asks Sanya to serve tea to everyone, and she agrees. Sanya serves tea to everyone in the house. Gini asks Sanya for her tea, and Sanya says she hasn’t brought it yet and will go get it. Gini agrees but takes Anjali’s tea herself to give it to her.
Gini injects poison into the tea using a syringe and later gives it to Anjali. Anjali thanks her. She then asks Gini if she will give a statement against the hospital corruption. Gini refuses and says that after Ganesh gets better, she will leave. She then leaves.
Gini receives a call from Dharamraj, who asks if Anjali is dead. Gini replies that she has already released the arrow and that it just needs to hit the target, then cuts the call. Seeing that Anjali is about to drink the tea, Gini leaves the place.
Pradeep and Stepney come to Anjali and tell her they found a syringe near her window outside the house. They ask if anyone in the house is using injections. Anjali says no. She notices the smell of tea on the needle and suspects that someone has mixed something into her tea.
Anjali calls Padma and asks who made the tea. Padma says she made it and asked Sanya to serve it. Anjali then asks Sanya why she didn’t bring the tea. Sanya explains that Gini said she would give it to Anjali. Anjali searches for Gini in the house but cannot find her.
Episode ends.
