The episode starts with Chandraman observing Anjali’s behavior toward Yuvraj. Chandraman tells Anjali that she is insulting him. Anjali replies that she is indeed insulting him and will insult him even more when he brings the baraat to their home. Anjali leaves. Chandraman asks Raghav to keep an eye on Anjali and comments on her behavior. Aman says there is no point and also comments. Raghav and the others then leave. Chandraman tells Yuvraj that Anjali insulted them under the guise of joking. Yuvraj asks Chandraman not to worry and says he will teach Anjali a lesson. He says he will make Anjali dance in front of everyone.
Nivedita and the others gather in the kitchen to teach Mehek how to make halwa for her first kitchen ritual. Anjali arrives and asks the Rajput ladies what they are doing. They explain that they are teaching Mehek how to prepare dessert for her ritual. Anjali says she will not allow this marriage to happen. Nivedita and the others ask Anjali not to speak like that, saying it has already been decided that Yuvraj will marry Mehek. Anjali comments and tells Mehek that she has been made helpless, as Mehek previously asked her not to take any action against Yuvraj—otherwise, when he comes with the baraat, she would have beaten him up. Anjali calls Yuvraj a criminal. Mehek insists that Yuvraj is not a criminal and says he is going to be her husband. She begs Anjali not to interfere in her wedding, insisting Yuvraj is a good man.
Anjali reminds Mehek that Yuvraj molested a girl, and after getting bail, he kidnapped Padma again. She asks how someone like that can be considered a good man. Anjali tells Mehek that marrying Yuvraj is nothing short of suicide.
Raghav tells Anjali to stop. He asserts that Mehek is his daughter and he will decide whom she marries. He tells Anjali that it’s better if she accepts his decision, and if she can’t, then she won’t be part of the wedding. Gini pleads with Raghav not to do that and says that Yuvraj strictly instructed her to make sure Anjali is the one to invite him into the house by performing the aarti. Anjali says that will never happen.
Mehek pleads with Anjali to do it, saying she loves her very much. She insists Yuvraj is a great guy chosen by her father. Anjali comments on Mehek and calls Padma, asking her who molested her and tried to abduct her. Padma confirms it was Yuvraj.
Raghav snatches the phone from Anjali, lashes out at Padma for going against them, and cuts the call.
Later, Raghav tells Anjali that he will decide who Mehek marries and confirms that Mehek will marry Yuvraj. Anjali says she knows he has no choice but to do this to win Yuvraj’s case against Padma. She tells Mehek that Raghav is merely using her. Anjali then tells Raghav that she will perform the aarti and take Yuvraj to the mandap, but she will never allow this marriage to happen. She leaves.
Later, Raghav pleads with Mehek not to change her decision under Anjali’s influence. Mehek agrees. Nivedita takes Mehek to teach her how to make halwa.

Precap: At the Thakur family function, Yuvraj brings Gungroo and says he will make Anjali dance at the party. Anjali comments on Yuvraj and challenges him to an arm-wrestling match.
